I-League 2023-24: List of all Award Winners

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) announced the list of I-League 2023-24 award winners on Wednesday (April 17). Champions Mohammedan Sporting Club won five awards while Gokulam Kerala FC bagged a couple.

Inter Kashi, Real Kashmir FC, and TRAU FC won one award each. Despite being the worst side in the league and getting relegated to the I-League second division, TRAU FC won hearts as they received the Fair Play award and a sum of INR 1,00,000.

Mohammedan SC received INR 1,00,000 each for the Best Match Organisation and for having the Best Media Operations in the recently concluded edition of the I-League.

Padam Chettri from Mohammedan SC received the Best Goalkeeper award while Uzbekistan's Mirjalol Kasimov was adjudged the Best Midfielder in the league. Moreover, the club's head coach Andrey Chernyshov was awarded the Syed Abdul Rahim Award for Best Coach. All received a cash prize of INR 1,00,000.

The Jarnail Singh Award for Best Defender was given to Real Kashmir FC's Muhammad Hammad along with INR 1,00,000. Meanwhile, Inter Kashi midfielder Gyamar Nikum was adjudged the Emerging Player of I-League 2023-24.

Gokulam Kerala FC's Alejandro Sanchez Lopez was named the Best Player of the season. He also finished as the league's highest goal scorer — 19. The Spaniard received a total of INR 2,00,000.
