Ishan played as a forward in his first match for the Spanish club and impressed everyone with his skills.

Sahi was also said to have been a part of the U-19 I-League from Delhi and was the highest scorer of the season last year. Interestingly, Ishan also played for Liverpool-run academy DSK Shivajians in Pune after he was selected.

The fact that Ishan is the first youngster to be signed from Madhya Pradesh was also confirmed by Amit Dev, the secretary of the Madhya Pradesh football association.

What's next?

Ishan Sahi has followed in the footsteps of another youngster Luv Kapoor, who was also signed by Palamos CF and it will be interesting to see how the young lads adapt to the Spanish grounds.
