YouthNet in association with Eclectic Publications hosted the third edition of Young Leaders Connect III at Guwahati on November 22, 2013. The aim of this initiative was to bring the young leaders of the Northeast on a common platform to facilitate an exchange of views and build a sustainable roadmap for the future.
