Once a prolific goal scorer in the South Midlands Premier League for Cockfosters FC, Barry has now swapped his boots for his laptop when it comes to football.

Currently living in Hong Kong, he is now a drama teacher at a prestigious primary school in Kowloon. When he is not teaching or treading the boards, he still plays (in goal!) for a team of ex-pats based in Happy Valley on Hong Kong Island.

Barry has been writing political and sports journalism for over ten years now. He is a big Millwall fan, and looks forward to returning home to London later this year so he can visit the den and cheer on his beloved Lions again with his dad.
