It was a thoroughly professional run chase from Czech Republic, as they made light work of the target of 92 and won the game by 7 wickets and with 15 deliveries to spare. None of the bowlers could make a substantial impact after the first two wickets as Czech Republic chased it down at a canter in the end. Paaras Khari was very tidy behind the stumps and ended up winning the game for his team, remaining unbeaten on 52.

Sabawoon Davizi and Ritik Tomar started off well with a couple of sixes but couldn't quite carry on the good work and departed in the first two overs. Out came Paaras Khari and he took the onus on himself to stay there till the end and take his side over the finish line.

Sudesh Wickramasekara and Sazib Bhuiyan gave him some good support in the end, scoring 8 and 10 respectively but that was enough to get their side over the line. Khari looked in great touch and was hardly troubled by any of the bowlers. His knock of 52 was studded with 3 fours and 5 sixes.
