Britannia beat Viktoria by 86 runs!

Britannia sealed an impressive performance by beating Viktoria by a huge margin of 86 runs. They were on top of this game throughout and sealed the deal without having to break the camel's back, in a manner of speaking. Arjun Reddy was the star for Britannia with the ball in hand.

He bowled a beautiful line and forced the batters of Viktoria to play shots that were out of their comfort zone. This resulted in four wickets falling in the same over. Although Reddy came back to try and pick up his fifth, he could not quite do so. However, the way he bowled was enough for Britannia to win this game.

Viktoria will be extremely disappointed with themselves with this performance of theirs. None of their batters put their hands up to say that they will take the responsibility to steer their team closer to the total that they were chasing. This will surely dent their confidence further into this tournament.

9.4 Gurpreet Singh to Haider Ali, WIDE outside off-stump here but the miss of the cut short way away from the body drags both feet outside the crease and by then, the keeper removes the bails to stump Haider! So, BSV Britannia win this by bowling their opponents out with 3 balls to spare!
