Match Summary
Germany beat Jersey by 7 wickets.
Jamshed Khan 73 (22) | Fayaz Khan 2/21 (2) Patrick Gouge 46 (13) | George Richardson 2/51 (2)
Well, talk about carnage here as Germany beat Jersey with a couple of overs to spare with a target that big. The batters were sending those to awaken the Chandaryaan 3 rover on the moon it seems as they were hitting it all out of the park. Jamshed Khan hitting 9 sixes and getting one of the fastest fifty was surely not enough as after his wicket fell, the batters were hitting those out of the park and the bowling side with a poor performance as the bowled all in the slot. It was just one over from Julius which was a small ray of hope for the bowlers but after the batters set in, then no amount of wickets or dot balls could do any damage as they get a big win here.
7.5 Asa Tribe to Fayaz Khan, SIX! That'll do! Pitched up outside off stump, Fayaz strides towards the pitch of the ball, clobbers this one towards long off, and clears the boundary with minimal effort! Jersey get the job done with a couple of overs and a ball to spare!
7.4 Asa Tribe to Fayaz Khan, SIX! Full, floated up outside off stump, Fayaz gets down on one knee, slogs this one towards long on, and clears the boundary with ease!
7.3 Asa Tribe to Aritharan Vaseekaran, full outside off, creamed towards the cover region for a run
7.2 Asa Tribe to Aritharan Vaseekaran, dot ball, glanced towards square leg
7.1 Asa Tribe to Aritharan Vaseekaran, dot ball
Asa Tribe, Right Arm Off Break, to bowl the next over.
Just a few big hits for Germany to win this contest here. The batters have all the say here and the wickets will do absoloutely no damage.

6.6 George Richardson to Fayaz Khan, FOUR MORE! Full outside off, Fayaz clears his front leg, gives it a good thump aiming for long off, clears the in-field and finds the boundary!
6.5 George Richardson to Fayaz Khan, FOUR! Sharp bumper outside off stump, Fayaz nicks this one trying to fend it towards third man, and just about manages to beat the diving fielder at third man!
6.5 George Richardson to Fayaz Khan, wide, wayward, well past the tramline, that
Fayaz Khan, RHB, is the new batter in.
6.4 George Richardson to Tristan Jungbauer, SIX AND OUT! Full outside off, Jungbauer tries the ramp this time, but gets it all wrong. The ball almost takes the back of the bat, flies over the keeper, but ends up nestling in the palms of the fielder at a back-stop position!
Tristan Jungbauer c Patrick Gouge b George Richardson 6 (2b 0x4 1x6)
6.3 George Richardson to Tristan Jungbauer, SIX! Clobbered first ball! Short of a length outside off, Jungbauer was onto his backfoot early, and he gives it a really good whack across the line! The ball lands in the bushes at deep mid wicket!
Tristan Jungbauer, RHB, is the new batter in.
6.2 George Richardson to Shahid Afridi, OUT! Full on off stump, Afridi looks to hoist this one into orbit as well, but gets no distance on this one. The fielder at deep mid wicket has ample time to settle under this high ball and take the catch
6.1 George Richardson to Shahid Afridi, SIX! That one hung in the air for ages, but was parried over the ropes by the man at cover, who did really well to leap and get under the ball! Full, wide outside off, Afridi goes for an Afridi-esque slog, skies it towards deep cover, and gets a maximum!
Shahid Afridi c Josh Lawrenson b George Richardson 7 (3b 0x4 1x6)
6.1 George Richardson to Shahid Afridi, wide again, the ball swings past the tramline yet again
