Phew, that brings us to the end of an absolute thriller of a game. Gloucestershire were down and out at one stage, but they came back from dead and won the game in the end. There's plenty of action still to come in and do keep following Sportskeeda for all the cricketing action around the globe. Until next time, this has been myself, Pradeep, signing off off, stay safe and take care!
Gloucestershire win the game by 2 wickets!
Jack Taylor 70(48) | Graeme van Buuren 14(17) | Timm van der Gugten 4-1-8-2 | Dan Douthwaite 4-0-42-2
As they say, catches win matches and something that Glamorgan failed to do in the final few overs, may be it was the nerves but they had to pay the price for all the dropped catches in the end and handed the win to Gloucestershire who were never in the game. . It was a high drama in the end, the last over Gloucestershire needed 11 to win, Glamorgan very much in the drivers seat but they succumbed to the pressure, a game that they should've won but ended up on the losing side.
Gloucestershire didn't get off to all that a good start, they were rattled early on by some fiery pace bowling from Timm van der Gugten who bowled four overs on the trot, finished his spell and finished with figures of 4-18-2 and that set the tone for the run chase. Having lost four wickets in just 7 overs, they kept losing their way completely.
But, skipper, Jack Taylor believed throughout, he was scratchy at the start but then kept finding the middle of the bat and hit some lusty blows towards the backend of the game when needed and scored a match winning 70 off just 48 balls and almost took his team home himself but he was dismissed last over but it was Josh Shaw who pulled off something incredible. Aided by a dropped catch, Shaw backed himself and smoked one over long-on to seal the game for Gloucestershire to win them the game.

19.6 Andy Gorvin to Josh Shaw, SIX! JOSH SHAW THE HERO! Josh Shaw has pulled off something remarkable here. Gorvin can't hold on to his nerve and Shaw takes Gloucestershire home in a thriller. That was a full toss, right height and Shaw powered it way over long-on for a maximum to seal the game.
19.5 Andy Gorvin to Josh Shaw, DROPPED! What is with all the drop catches tonight from Glamorgan? Length delivery on the stumps, Shaw launches it into the night sky and the fielder had all the time in the world and shells it at deep square-leg.
Josh Shaw [RHB] comes in!
19.4 Andy Gorvin to Jack Taylor, RUN-OUT! Taylor desperately coming back for the second, would've never made it and the throw was on the dot as well, he's just short here. Back of a length on the middle and leg, Taylor swipes it behind square on the on-side, they finish the single and they decide to get back for the second but Taylor couldn't make it back in time.
19.3 Andy Gorvin to Jack Taylor, length delivery on the middle and leg. Taylor hoicks it to deep square-leg, excellent diving stop from the fielder near the ropes and they come back for a couple.
19.2 Andy Gorvin to Jack Taylor, length delivery, well outside the off-stump. Taylor reaches and can't make good connection, goes past extra-cover and denies the single.
Need 10 off 5 now!
19.1 Andy Gorvin to Marchant de Lange, short into the batter. de Lange swipes it hard to deep mid-wicket for just one.
Andy Gorvin to bowl the final over!
Well, well, it is now Gloucestershire game to lose. They need 11 off the last 6 balls. Can Taylor take his team home here?

18.6 Jamie Mcilroy to Jack Taylor, FOUR! Crucial boundary in the context of the game. Length delivery on the stumps. Taylor launches it straight down the ground, makes good enough connection as it goes one bounce into the ropes.
18.5 Jamie Mcilroy to Jack Taylor, low full toss on the pads. Taylor whacked it to deep mid-wicket and they scamper through for a couple.
18.4 Jamie Mcilroy to Marchant de Lange, length delivery into the blockhole. de Lange whipped it to wide long-on for another single.
18.3 Jamie Mcilroy to Jack Taylor, misses the yorker by a whisker, comes out as a low full toss. Taylor smashes it to long-off for just one.
18.2 Jamie Mcilroy to Jack Taylor, low full toss on the leg-stump, Taylor clipped it past mid-wicket and they hare back for the brace.
18.1 Jamie Mcilroy to Jack Taylor, SIX! BAM! Jack Taylor has turned this game on it's head here, that is rubbing salt on the wound now. Short into the batter, Taylor deposits this one way over deep square-leg for a hug maximum.
