Right, Pakistan CC managing to get over the line eventually. They were cruising along at one point and we did expect them to have finished the game off early. They lost their way a bit in the middle but fortunately got themselves through in the end. Important to start off with a win and they will take it however it comes.

They started well in the powerplay despite losing an early wicket and that partnership for the second wicket really put them in the driver's seat in this run-chase. They did lose a few quick wickets at the backend but they did not have too many to chase due to which they could get through despite a scare there.

Indian Vienna did not have enough runs to play with and they will look back at their batting innings where they failed to up the anti after having started off so well. That is one things that they will have to work on then. They gave away runs at the start of their bowling innings and could not create that early pressure. They did pick up a few wickets at the backend but again, did not have enough runs to play with.

Indian Vienna will look to make amends as the two sides meet shortly in the reverse fixture. Can they avenge this opening defeat or will Pakistan CC complete a double over their opponents?

Well then, Pakistan CC eventually get through with three balls to spare. They would have liked to have finished it off much comfortably but a win is a win nonetheless. Good start for them as they win by four wickets here!
