That is it from the action here, hope you enjoyed the coverage of this T10 encounter. For now, this is Sourabh and Bidipto taking your leave. We will see you soon, in the meantime, make sure you keep following Sportskeeda for all the cricketing action from around the globe.
This run chase promised a lot but it failed to deliver when it mattered the most for Lisbon Werewolves as Oerias make it 4 out of 4 wins to strengthen their position at the top of the table.
Chasing 124, Werewolves lost Tabish in the first over but Rajbir Singh kept things going from one end even though his partner Gurpreet was struggling and at the halfway mark they were ahead of asking rate having lost just 1 wicket.
But, credit to the Oeiras' bowlers and some poor batting from the batters, this innings withered in the second half just like the first innings did earlier. From a position of strength at 71/1 in the 7th over, Werewolves found themselves falling way short of the target in what was a comfortable victory for Oeiras.
Alex Macey and Brandon Badenhorst bowled some really tight overs in the second half with the former pickling up 2 wickets.
For Lisbon Werewolves, Rajbir Singh was the standout performer with the bat as well as the ball but he needed much more support from his mates specially with the bat.

9.6 Taj Muhammad to Ram Haritwal, VICTORY FOR OEIRAS CC BUT THE BONUS POINT GOES TO LISBON WEREWOLVES! Back of a length around off-stump. Ram backs away too much and misses the slap through the line on the back foot. That will be that then!
9.5 Taj Muhammad to Gurwinder Singh, full on middle-and-off. Shanked to the point region from the crease for a single.
Gurwinder Singh, RHB, comes to the crease.
9.4 Taj Muhammad to Gaganpreet Singh, SOUND OF TIMBER! Full and straight and at pace. Gaganpreet swings hard but fails to connect. The ball then rattles into the stumps!
Gaganpreet Singh b Taj Muhammad 14 (6b, 1x4, 1x6).
100 comes up
9.3 Taj Muhammad to Gaganpreet Singh, SIX RUNS! Hard length ball around off-stump. A smack off the back foot over long-off for a lovely maximum!
9.2 Taj Muhammad to Gaganpreet Singh, FOUR RUNS! Full and on the pads. It takes the outside edge and flies to the right of third man for a boundary after the batter attempted a drive over mid-on!
9.1 Taj Muhammad to Ram Haritwal, full on off-stump. Drilled down to long-on from deep in the crease for a single.
Taj Muhammad [1.0-0-5-0] is back into the attack.
The last ball boundary has just kept the batting side in the game, mathematically. Having said that, this game is all but over. 35 runs needed off 6 deliveries.
