Right then, this has been Rajarshi Das and myself (Rishab) and this is all we have from this game. It has been an exciting beginnings to Monday and we have many more games coming your way throughout the day. This is probably one of the best run-chases you will see in the ECS. Playing their first ever game, against an unbeaten side and chasing 131, it did not seem that they would have it easy and but what a game it has been for them, winning quote comfortably by nine wickets in the end. It was their skipper Najam Haque, who has played a blinder of an innings, remaining unbeaten and seeing his side through.

They got in a brilliant partnership and kept up with that rate throughout the chase. It was some magnificent hitting and some really fine hits. This is a huge and historic win for them as they announce their arrival and make a serious statement to everyone watching. A win like this will give them huge confidence going ahead in the tournament and they have shown what they are capable of.

Ariana CC, one of the best bowling sides, certainly have some thinking to do as they crash to their first defeat of this tournament. They needed wickets but simply failed to pick more than one. Ariana could not quite build that pressure and they did fall a few runs short in that second half of their batting innings as well.

Not too long before these two sides take each other on again. Can Lomma repeat their heroics and make it a double? Or will Ariana CC bounce back to settle scores? It is certainly going to be another cracker of a game!

Lomma have registered a brilliant win on their ECS debut against the side that was unbeaten so far. What a run-chase it has been from them and what a fantastic innings from Najam, doing it in style and the skipper has made sure that his team have announced their arrival in grand fashion as they win with nine wickets to spare!
