Commentary

LIMASSOL ZALMI WIN BY 11 RUNS!
Limassol were always on top after their openers came out to bat about two hours ago. They posted 138 on the board and it was a surprise that the Fighters even got that close. The consistent Munna Rahman scored 39 runs off 14 balls with the help of a boundary and five lofty sixes.

He had able support from their wicketkeeper-bat Abdus Shukur who remained not out on 42 runs off 25 balls. He struck 3 boundaries and 3 sixes but could not finish the innings on a high. Opener Abdullah Al Tasmin also tried to contribute a few with his knock of 25 runs off 10 balls.

Arshad Khan was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 2-0-13-3 and was the only bowler with something to show in the wickets tally. Limassol Zalmi beat Nicosia Fighters CC twice in the day and will be quite happy with the way they performed.
