That innings went nowhere. Fighters CC might not have lost a wicket in the powerplay, but they were able to cross the boundary only once in the powerplay phase. It is not ideal when you are chasing 156 in a 10 over game.

Parminder Singh had a scratchy return of 4 from 16 balls. That was followed by two brilliant stumpings from Conrad Greenshields which meant that Mansurpuria and Sahota had to go back without even opening their accounts and Fighters CC were further deep in the quicksand.

There was a bit of a recovery, staged by Jatinder Singh and Hardeep Singh. But it was all too late. Oerias were largely clinical with the ball. And yet one more time in this series, they win with a bonus point.
