Right then, that's all we have for you from this ECS game. Switch tabs and catch all the live action from the second game of the day right here at Sportskeeda! We hope you enjoyed our coverage of this game! Until next time then, this is the duo of Maanas and Divyansh, bidding you adieu!
The second innings' story was a simple one - get the wicket of Rana Sarwar and the game was yours. Oeiras fumbled a chance early on to send the big-hitting opener back and boy, he made them pay. Took the bowlers to the cleaners and smacked them all across the park en route his 19-ball 59. However, post his wicket, there was very little going in the favour of the Punjab CC Amadora side. Perhaps the initial penalty of five runs that they conceded by just a few seconds along with the plethora of extras turned out to be the difference between the two sides. Wickets were on offer and apart from the opening bowlers, every other bowler got off the mark in the wickets column. They held their nerve in the end and get a much-needed win under their belt! As for Punjab, they have two games left and will be looking forward to winning those and retaining their position at the top of the table at the end of the day.

9.6 Alex Macey to Umar Muhammad, FOUR! SHOT! Length ball on the off stump swinging in, Muhammad holds his ground whips it through the mid-wicket region. A fantastic effort in the deep but the fielder fails to keep it in. A four to finish but it will certainly not be enough!
9.5 Alex Macey to Usama Ali, full and on the middle stump angling in, Usama looks to whip it away but misses. The ball rolls to the right of the keeper as the batters scamper through for a quick single.
9.4 Alex Macey to Usama Ali, FOUR! DROPPED! Full and on the middle stump line, skied well into the sky there. Conrad from the long on region runs around and looks to complete the catch but drops it. The ball ends up rolling to the fence.
Usama Ali comes to the crease.
9.3 Alex Macey to Umar Muhammad, OUT! RUN OUT! 3 runs completed! Total confusion in the middle! Full and on the middle stump line, Muhammad slams that down to long on for a single. The batters take off for the second run and the wide throw is received by the bowler. The bowler puts in another throw at the stumps and it misses the stumps by a mile. The batters run a third and Ranjeet takes off for the fourth but is sent back by Muhammad. The bowler collects the throw and gives it to the keeper, who whips off the bails.
9.2 Alex Macey to Umar Muhammad, full and outside off, Muhammad looks to go big downtown but fails to make any connection as the ball fizzes past the outside edge.
9.1 Alex Macey to Umar Muhammad, FOUR! SHOT! A low full toss on the fourth stump line, Muhammad holds his ground, extends his arms and slams that wide of long on for a boundary!
Greenshields has the safest hands and he takes a comfortable catch. 26 runs to win off the last over, Umar Muhammad on the crease.
