Well, that ended in a blink of an eye did it? What an amazing piece of batting from the winning side as they show why all the stats were in their favour without a single delivery being bowled. Dinidu Marage has done a splendid job with the bat as he manages to end things quickly. He was able to pick on the lengths and time the ball to perfection on pretty much all of his shots as he drew the conclusion on the run chase in pretty much the first couple of overs.

The bowling side managed to pick on his wicket but by then he was already getting a hero's welcome in the pavilion as he made the majority of the runs. Rajwinder Singh managed to pick a single wicket but the damage had already been done. A few dropped catches but all in all a splendid batting performance from the batters was enough for the bowlers to look at Roma CC march towards the victory and start off ECS Rome with an absolute bang!

A lot more coming for Royal Roma and Royal CC as they have matches lined up for the day but as of now it is Dinidu Marage's side that will have a celebration in a pavilion.
