Pitch Report
"We are back to Pitch No.1. When you bowl up to the batters, you will travel. Make the most of the Powerplay and later on the batters are happy to get stuck in."

So, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Bidipto Datta. Do switch over to Sportskeeda's coverage of the first day of the first Test between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh! Meanwhile, it is a warm good-bye from us.
Faf du Plessis (Texas Super Kings Captain): "I didn't think it was going to be 60 all-out. The 2nd innings does slightly more. But if you get through the Powerplay, it is decent. That's where we finished the game. Any fast bowler will take this wicket and travel around the world with it. Right at the moment, he is the best in the world. What separates him and someone like Sunil Narine is the wicket-taking ability. Really good young player and on a wicket like this, it is okay to be scratchy. Hopefully, Mohsin will come into the picture at Dallas!"
Zia Ul Haq has been named as the 'MVP Player of the Match'
Time for the Post-match Presentation!
Heinrich Klaasen (Seattle Orcas captain): "Hard to explain it really! I think our bowlers bowled really well. But we let ourselves down with the bat. I'm still confused as to what happened with the bat. We will have to get down and talk about it. We need to start fresh, Shimron Hetmyer will come in too, but we have to pull ourselves back quickly by starting fresh."
MATCH OVER!
Texas Super Kings win by 93 runs!
Texas Super Kings 153/6 (20) Seattle Orcas 60/10 (13.5)
A completely one-sided affair in the end as Texas Super Kings wrap up a 93-run victory which is the highest margin of victory for the team in the MLC history.Chasing 154 for victory, the start itself was ominous as Kyle Mayers was dismissed for a five-ball duck by Nandre Burger. In the 3rd over, Zia Ul Haq got the better of David Warner while Burger came back to get rid of Steven Taylor.
The wickets kept falling as Heinrich Klaasen and Sikandar Raza became Zia Ul Haq's 2nd and 3rd victims in the 5th over.If that wasn't enough, Noor Ahmad entered the attack and dismissed Sujit Nayak and Harmeet Singh off back-to-back deliveries to reduce the Orcas to 27/7 after 6.4 overs. Marcus Stoinis also got into the act as he had Aaron Jones caught at short third while Noor sent back Obed McCoy. Eventually, Nandre Burger had Jasdeep Singh hole out to long-on as the Orcas were rolled over for 60 which is the second-lowest total ever in MLC.
Jasdeep Singh has been dismissed for 12 runs off 26 balls
13.5 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, THAT ENDS THE MATCH RIGHT THERE! Full and on off-stump. Jasdeep hangs back and swings hard. The ball catches the cue end of the bat and goes down the throat of long-on for an easy catch! Texas Super Kings win three out of three!
13.5 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, over the wicket, dug in short over middle-stump here. Jasdeep leaves it alone and gets a WIDE on height!
13.4 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, back of a length around off-stump. Flat-batted down to mid-wicket off the back foot, no run.
13.3 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, good length around off-stump. Patted to the backward point fielder and the single is refused again.
13.2 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, back of a length around off-stump. Jasdeep knocks it down to third man off the back foot. No run.
13.1 Nandre Burger to Jasdeep Singh, good length on middle-stump. Jasdeep makes room and slices it to deep point for no run in the end.

12.6 Noor Ahmad to Waqar Salamkheil, round the wicket, full and too straight. The clip around to square-leg gets missed. But the batters don't run a leg-bye.
Just a single as Waqar Salamkheil survives against his fellow countryman, Noor Ahmad who ends up with figures of 3/18 from four overs.
12.5 Noor Ahmad to Waqar Salamkheil, good length and on leg-stump this time. The tuck around to short-leg finds no bat on ball! No run.
12.4 Noor Ahmad to Waqar Salamkheil, good length and slanting away from the batter. The pat away from the body gets beaten.
12.3 Noor Ahmad to Jasdeep Singh, good length around leg-stump. Worked off the back foot to deep backward square for a single.
12.2 Noor Ahmad to Jasdeep Singh, AH! Full and slanting across the right-hander. The big shot over mid-on gets missed and so does the off pole!
