UCCB gave a great fight trying to defend this total and almost had things going their way but they lost the plot in the middle overs and ended up conceding the game to the Eagles. They will walk off with a point next to their name and will be looking to come back stronger in the next contest.

UCCB managed to send Adeel Muhammad back to the hut cheaply. They though they were on the right track but had no idea what was about to hit them. Yasir Muhammad and Shahab Alam stitched a solid partnership as the duo added 43 runs for the second wicket. Haidar Ali and Saood Jan played some crucial cameos as they ensured that the tempo never dropped and they were cruising home comfortably.

It was a poor bowling performance from UCCB. Ramesh Satheeshan and Charly picked up a couple of wickets but were expensive as well. Josak Khadka gave them a good start with the new ball but they failed to capitalize on it. They struck at regular intervals late into the contest and that's what amounted for their loss.
