A scintillating comeback from the Warriors in the second half after trailing at the end of the first! And the chief architect of it has been skipper Maninder Singh and Shubham Shinde in defense. It is Aditya Shinde's birthday today but his sibling, Shubham, has stolen the limelight with as many as 11 tackle points! Whew! That's quite the performance. Meanwhile, it was business as usual for Maninder Singh, who notched up another Super 10 and finished with 16 raid points. Narender's efforts went in vain as he lacked support in the second half when a charged-up Warriors' defense came together. They conceded two all outs and that changed the complexion of the contest. From there on, the Thalaivas were always playing catch-up but could not reduce the margin to take away any point from this contest. The Bengal Warriors' unbeaten streak continues while Tamil lose their first match of the tournament.

Narender in full flow today as he has assumed the lead raider responsibilities once again. It has been quite the spectacle to see Narender in full flow once again. The Warriors were very proactive in the first ten minutes but have just ended up giving away easy points in defense which has hurt them. Two all outs have been inflicted on them and they will just regroup in the half time break and attempt to come back stronger. Meanwhile, the Thalaivas will be eager to extend their lead.

Hello and welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the Pro Kabaddi League, 2023. The sixteenth match of the tournament will witness Bengal Warriors lock horns with Tamil Thalaivas at the Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru. 

Bengal Warriors have gotten off to quite a decent start in this tournament, winning their first match against the Bengaluru Bulls and following it up with a tied contest against the Jaipur Pink Panthers. Maninder Singh is in red-hot form again and has an enviable raid strike-rate. His support raiders in Shrikant Jadhav and Nitin Kumar are also doing a lot of damage to the opposition and Maninder never seems to be pressurised. 

The defense of the Warriors is working wonders as well. The sibling-duo of Shubham Shinde and Aditya Shinde is doing wonders for them in the corners while their cover defender in Vaibhav Garje is rock solid in his blocks. They have a pretty settled side and will be looking to playing the same brand of aggressive kabaddi. 

Tamil Thalaivas, on the other hand, have played just the one solitary contest in this tournament. They got the better of the Dabang Delhi outfit, clinically beating them but a big margin. The Thalaivas have quite a balanced side and with the likes of Ajinkya Pawar, Narender and Sagar firing, they will be eyeing to get their second win on the trot.
