The Bulls have survived quite a scare here as the Steelers threatened to pull off a magical comeback for the ages and get the better of them. They have just managed to keep the Haryana-based franchise at bay and have picked up a three-point win here. Well, the Steelers have only themselves to blame. Perhaps they left the comeback for a time when there wasn't much time left on the clock. Meetu did the bulk of the scoring yet again and one can only wonder why he missed the first thirteen minutes of the contest on the substitutes bench. As for the Bulls, they were a touch sloppy in the second half but their brilliance in the first half has ensured that they have gotten a win under their belt and move to the top of the table! 

40' Bharat runs down the clock following which he crosses the baulk line. The Bulls are victorious! 

40' Manjeet puts in another quick raid as it is Mayur Kadam who gifts him a point this time. 

39' Manjeet is gifted a point as Mahender Singh advances and sends Manjeet back with a touch. 

39' Do-or-die raid for the Bulls and Neeraj Narwal is tackled! He flings himself over the bonus line in a bid to pick up a bonus point. The defense surrounds him and tackles him. The bonus is not granted. 

39' Aman looks for an ankle hold but Manjeet writhes his foot free and escapes to the mid-line. 

Steelers review! They want the bonus to be granted as well. However, Manjeet's foot was cutting the bonus line and the review is unsuccessful! 

38' ALL OUT! WOW! Meetu has delivered a blow and how! Sachin Narwal puts in an ankle hold and Saurabh Nandal puts in a double thigh hold. However, Meetu does not give up. His struggle continues and finally, with just a few seconds left on the clock, he escapes from their grip and leaps over the mid-line.

Bengaluru Bulls 36-29 Haryana Steelers

37' Mahender attempts a double thigh hold but Meetu Sharma turns and escapes back to the mid-line.

37' Do-or-die raid for the Bulls and Bharat perishes! Mohit puts in a thigh hold and the rest of the defense is around in a flash!

36' Meetu ventures deep and gets in a quick hand touch on Vikash Kandola in the centre position.

24' Do-or-die raid for the Bulls and Bharat perishes! A powerful ankle hold from Monu Hooda and the second line of defense runs around in a flash to pin him down.

21' Lovepreet Singh attempts a surprise double thigh hold on Neeraj Narwal but he was a little too early in that. Neeraj turns and escapes with ease. 

21' Meetu kicks off the second half with a multi-point raid. Snaps up a bonus point following which Mahender Singh runs around for an advance dash but by the time, Meetu has already escaped. 

HALF TIME! Bengaluru Bulls 27-11 Haryana Steelers

Well, the Steelers have absolutely been blown away here! They have no idea what has hit them and the answer is a raging Bulls unit. All seven of the Bulls players have picked up points, even Mayur Kadam, who did not have a good season thus far. Neeraj Narwal is pocketing points tonight and already has seven to his name. On the other hand, the Steelers have nothing much to show for. Meetu started off on the bench while the others have just failed to get going. The defense has just two points as compared to the Bulls' ten. They will need something magical from here on to make a comeback. Can the Steelers pull off the unthinkable or will the Bulls cruise to an easy win? Stick around to find out!

20' A diving hand touch and he sends back Mayur Kadam to the bench. 

19' Neeraj Narwal picks up speed and Bastami is tagged once again! The point has been granted but the Iranian believes that there was none. However, the Steelers decide against the review. 

18' Neeraj Narwal snaps up a bonus point in front the covers. Comfortable points being picked up by the Bulls!

17' Mayur Kadam puts in a strong block and Lovepreet Singh is completely immobilised.

Haryana Steelers 10-24 Bengaluru Bulls

17' Do-or-die raid for the Bulls and Bharat is brought down! Lovepreet Singh, the substitute, puts in an ankle hold in the right corner and the raider is brought down!

16' Meetu is tackled as Mayur Kadam opens his tally for the night! Runs around for a dash and it is a solid one which stops the raider right in his tracks. 

14' ALL OUT! Meetu is substituted in for the raid and he is granted the bonus point. As soon as he does that, Mahender Singh runs around and dashes the raider out of bounds. A massive lead for the Bulls!

Haryana Steelers 9-22 Bengaluru Bulls

14' A side-kick from Vikash Kandola gets the better of Jaideep in the right corner. The Steelers are down to one man once again!

13' A terrific block from Mahender Singh ensures that K Prapanjan is stopped in his tracks instantly. 

13' Vikash Kandola puts in an ankle hold as soon as Manjeet attempts a bonus and the lanky raider is brought down instantly. 

12' Mohit Nandal in the right corner is tagged now as it is Bharat once again who gets in a running hand touch.

Haryana Steelers 8-16 Bengaluru Bulls

11' K Prapanjan turns, tumbles and escapes Mahender Singh's attempted double thigh hold

11' Bharat uses his height to good effect and gets in a running hand touch on Bastami. 

10' Mahender Singh in the right corner puts in a double thigh hold and it is Vinay who is pinned down in quick time. 

10' Manjeet leaps over the right corner chain of Saurabh Nandal and Neeraj Narwal who had come around for a block and makes his way back to the mid-line.

Haryana Steelers 7-13 Bengaluru Bulls

9' Bharat ventures deep and gets in a hand touch on Nitin Rawal in the left corner. 

8' Aman gets in a double thigh hold on K Prapanjan and the raider almost escapes. However, the second line of defense is there to stop the man from escaping .

Haryana Steelers 5-12 Bengaluru Bulls

7' A running hand touch from Bharat sends back Bastami, who was standing a little too advance. 

7' Neeraj Narwal snaps up a bonus point following which K Prapanjan returns the favour with one of his own. 

6' ALL OUT! Nitin Rawal is granted a bonus point and he runs out of time! A double thigh hold from Aman when two seconds were left on the clock means that the all out has been inflicted in quick time!

5' Vikash Kandola puts in a pursuit and a kick on Vinay sends him back to the bench. Steelers down to one man now!

5' Do-or-die raid for the Steelers and Vinay has been granted the bonus point as the defense hangs back. 

4' Do-or-die raid for the Bulls and Neeraj Narwal has been sent in for it in a defense of four. Jaideep is a tad jumpy following which Mohit and Jaideep run around for a block. However, Neeraj goes through the chain and crosses the mid-line!

2' A terrific ankle hold from Saurabh Nandal and it is K Prapanjan who has to return to the bench. The bonus has been granted to the Steelers.

2' Neeraj Narwal picks up speed and gets in a running hand touch on Amirhossein Bastami in the right corner. 

1' Manjeet is sent out of bounds as the skipper Mahender Singh runs around and executes the dash to good effect!

1' Whew! What a start for the Steelers! Manjeet puts in a terrific ankle hold as soon as Bharat attempts a bonus and he is tackled as the defense runs around for support instantly.

Hello and welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the Pro Kabaddi League 2022 where Match 68 will witness the Bengaluru Bulls locking horns with the Haryana Steelers at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Pune. 

This will be the second time that the two sides will be squaring off against each other, with the first one not played too long ago. On November 1, it was a fiery Haryana Steelers side that came out all guns blazing in the reverse-fixture and managed to hold off the patented Bulls comeback to secure a two-point win, ending the Bulls' five-match unbeaten streak in the process. 

The Bulls are placed third in the points table with six wins to their name from eleven encounters and a win here will take them back to the top of the table, a position they certainly seem to enjoy being at. The onus will be on Bharat and Vikash Kandola once again in the raiding scheme of things while the defense will be expected to continue its good work and rake in the points at will. They will be a little wary of this opponent and especially Meetu Sharma, who was the main culprit behind their defeat in the previous game. 

The Steelers, on the other hand, find themselves eleventh in the points table with four wins. A victory here will do them a world of good as not only will it boost their confidence but also see them break into the top six of the points table. Manjeet, who has not been as consistent as he would have liked, will be looking to score big while Amirhossein Bastami, who had previously gotten a high-five against the Bulls, would like to replicate his performances from the previous game.
