Oh Dabang Delhi! What have you done? It could have very well been a win, or even a tie but their defense has let them down massively. They have just failed to inflict the all out on the Giants for nearly the entirety of the contest, despite reducing them down to three, two and one on multiple occasions. The second half went about in a similar fashion to the first, with the Giants doing well to maintain the lead. However, some last minute burst from Ashu Malik reduced the Giants down to one man but Nabibakhsh brought about all his experience to the fore to prevent the all out. A terrific win for the Giants and they end Dabang Delhi KC's 7-match unbeaten streak. 

40' Nabibakhsh saves the day! Yogesh runs around with a block while Ashish comes in for assistance. However, Nabibakhsh escapes and returns to his half! Oh wow! What a point! 

On the other side, Ashu Malik sends back the left corner as the defender stands ahead and gives him a point. In the final raid, the Giants' raider runs down the clock and return. Gujarat Giants win! 

40' Yogesh tries a back hold on Nitin but the raider escapes and returns in a flash. Ashu Malik, on the other side, goes deep and sends back Fazel Atrachali in the left corner.

Sombir tries a frontal block on Ashu Malik but the raider turns and escapes in a flash! Giants are down to just one man now!

38' Nabibakhsh picks up a bonus point in front of the right-in defender. On the other side, Deepak Singh tries a surprise ankle hold from the right-in defender but Ashu tumbles and drags himself back to the mid-line.

Nabibakhsh tries a toe-touch on Ashish in the left corner. Ashish is confident that there is no point and no point has been given.

36' Do-or-die raid for Delhi and Manu strikes! Wrestles with the left corner before pushing him away and escaping after turning.

34' Do-or-die raid for the Giants and Sonu Jaglan has been tasked with the responsibility of it. He runs out of time in the end but he strikes with a few seconds on the clock! Yogesh runs around with a dash but Sonu turns and escapes!

32' Do-or-die raid for the Giants and Parteek Dahiya is tackled! As soon as he tries a kick on the left corner, the right corner runs around with a dash and sends him spiralling out of bounds!

Do-or-die raid for Delhi on the other side and Deepak Singh ensures that there is a SUEPR TACKLE! Runs around with a solid dash and sends Meetu Sharma packing!

30' Yogesh is a little restless as he tries an ankle hold. However, Nitin writhes his foot free and escapes.

SUPER TACKLE! Ashu Malik is tackled! Jitendra is substituted in to play the left corner and he strikes! A solid ankle hold from him and Ashu Maliike had nowhere to go!

28' Do-or-die raid for the Giants and Sonu Jaglan is tackled! A double thigh hold from Yogesh from the right corner and Sonu jumps over it. However, Ashish is there to put in a back hold and stop him.

Do-or-die raid for Delhi on the other side and Meetu strikes! Sombir runs around with an attempted dash but Meetu turns back and uses the lobby to escape.

Ashu Malik goes in for a quick raid and gets a kick on Fazel Atrachali before returning in a flash.

26' Sombir runs around with a solid block and Ashu Malik has nowhere to go! Fazel assists with an ankle hold. The Giants' defense is roaring!

24' Do-or-die raid for Delhi and Ashu Malik comes in for it. A surprise double ankle hold attempted by Nabibakhsh but Ashu Malik escapes in a flash! Turned towards the mid-line and returns!

Do-or-die raid for the Giants on the other side and Nitin strikes! Runs across and gets a hand touch on Vikrant in the cover.

22' Ashish puts in a double thigh hold from the left corner and the Giants' raider is pinned down in a flash!

Meetu Sharma escapes from the left-in defender's attempted ankle hold and escapes. Another point for Ashish now as a solid back hold on Parteek Dahiya pins down the raider.

HALF TIME! Dabang Delhi K.C. 12 - 19 Gujarat Giants

A game that has been dominated by the Giants but that was not entirely the case. Dabang Delhi were off the blocks quickly and made a cracking start to the contest. However, the Giants, after a super tackle, made a mighty comeback and went on to inflict the all out on Delhi. It was Ashu Malik who then has picked up point-after-point to bring Delhi back into the contest but the Giants have done very well to keep picking up points and maintain their lead. A game that was initially played on defense but now has been shifted in favour of the raiders. Which side will emerge on top? Stick around to find out!

20' Do-or-die raid for Delhi and Ashu Malik is brought down! A double thigh hold from Sombir and Ashu runs straight into it. That's a big point!

Dabang Delhi K.C. 12 - 19 Gujarat Giants

18' Ashu Malik snaps up a bonus point under the nose of the left-in defender. Parteek Dahiya is dashed out as Yogesh runs around and sends him packing! "Right corner coming," Fazel had warned Parteek before the raid and that's exactly that happened!

Sonu Jaglan sends back Mohit with a running hand touch. Picked up speed and got the touch.

Dabang Delhi K.C. 12 - 18 Gujarat Giants

16' Parteek Dahiya tries a surprise ankle hold on Ashu Malik from the right-in position but Parteek writhes his foot free and escapes.

Sonu Jaglan puts in a reverse toe-touch on Ashish and returns back to his half. On the other side, Ashu Malik feigns a bonus as Deepak comes around for a dash. Ashu uses the lobby and returns.

Sonu Jaglan with a back-kick and Vikrant, who was standing a little advance, has to return. 

Dabang Delhi K.C. 10 - 17 Gujarat Giants

14' Do-or-die raid for Delhi and Meetu Sharma comes in for it. However, a diving ankle hold from Deepak from the centre position brings Meetu down!

Do-or-die raid for the Giants and Sonu Jaglan comes in for it. Both covers - Vikrant and Mohit - run around for a dash but Sonu pushes them aside and lays down to cross the mid-line.

Ashu Malik puts in a sliding toe-touch and sends back Fazel Atrachali from the left corner.

10' Ashish with a solid back hold on Rakesh HS and he gets a good grip too to bring him down completely. Oh wow! That was quite a move!

Deepak Singh runs around with a block from the right corner and it is Manjeet who fails to pick up a point. Parteek Dahiya runs straight into the right corner chain and is pinned down!

Dabang Delhi K.C. 7 - 12 Gujarat Giants

8' Rakesh tries a kick on the left corner and as soon as he does that, the right side of the defense Vikrant and Yogesh run around to dash him out. However, the left corner had stepped out of bounds. Ashish had gone out of bounds and was involved in the struggle. Raider safe! However, Dabang Delhi review! Replays show that Ashish was out indeed. Review unsuccessful! 

Deepak Singh runs around with chain in the covers and pins down Ashu Malik.

ALL OUT! The left corner steps out of bounds to evade Parteek. Yogesh tries a double thigh hold but Parteek drags himself back to the mid-line.

Sombir tries an advance tackle but Ashu Malik pushes him aside and escapes.

6' SUPER TACKLE! Meetu is pinned down. A double thigh hold from Sombir from the right corner and there is immediate assistance as well. Two important points.

Do-or-die raid for the Giants and Rakesh shoulders responsibility. He runs across and claims a touch on Mohit in the right cover. Goes into the lobby and returns with a point.

A surprise thigh hold from the centre defender Deepak Singh ensures that Manjeet is sent back to the bench. Giants in the lead!

Hello and welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the Pro Kabaddi League, 2023. The seventy-sixth match of the tournament will witness Dabang Delhi KC take on the Gujarat Giants at the Sawai Man Singh Indoor Stadium, Jaipur. 

As we head into the final day of the Jaipur leg, Dabang Delhi KC have had quite a decent campaign. They are placed third with seven wins and two ties from twelve matches. They are in the midst of a 7-match unbeaten streak, one which has been achieved largely without their skipper Naveen Kumar available. With the news of Naveen being ruled out of the season having come forth, the Delhi-based franchise will have to figure out a way to continue their campaign without his services. They seem to be doing alright without him but will be put to test against the mighty Giants. 

Gujarat Giants, similarly, have been largely impressive but have been a little shaky in the recent past. Their campaign has become just that little bit topsy-turvy which has arrested the momentum that had generated. However, with Sultan Fazel Atrachali at the helm, the Giants will be looking to rebuild that momentum and work towards going upwards in the points table. A win today by a margin of over seven points will see them leapfrog over Delhi and go to the third position, which they will be hoping for. 

The last time these two sides clashed, it was Dabang Delhi that was victorious and that will certainly be something that they will be looking to continue. Revenge will be on the minds of the Giants as they aim to avenge their previous defeat. It will be interesting to see which side emerges on top here.
