Dabang Delhi K.C. complete the double over U Mumba and they have been absolutely sensational tonight. Some smart play from them at the start of the second half saw them inflicting the all out and assuming the lead, a lead which U Mumba failed to wipe out. Ashu Malik starring with 17 points and powering through his knee problems to take them over the line. U Mumba failed to pick up points when it mattered the most. In the first half, they inflicted an all out very late. In the second half, in the dying moments of the game, they had Delhi down to three men but once again failed to inflict the all out, one that would have won them the game. Once again, it is U Mumba who lose by a very close margin and they will surely be mighty disappointed with the way that they have played. Delhi, on the other side, get back to winning ways after their winning streak was ended in the previous game. They are looking like a seriously good outfit. 

40' Ekrami returns with a point! Ashish runs around with a dash but Ekrami puts in a dubki and returns in a flash! Delhi down to two men now!

Bittu on the other side tries a double ankle hold but Ashu leaps over it and returns in a flash.

SUPER TACKLE! Pranay Rane is pinned down! He runs straight into Manjeet's double thigh hold from the left corner while Yogesh is there for assistance. Manjeet lifts him up and deposits him out.

38' Heidarali Ekrami strikes! Vikrant runs round with a dash but Ekrami uses the lobby to return.

Do-or-die raid for Delhi on the other side and Manu is tackled! A diving double ankle hold from Bittu brings him down.

Ekrami, on the other side, runs around and gets a running hand touch on Vishal Bhardwaj in the left corner.

36' Mukilan Shanmugan puts in a double thigh hold and the raider Manu is tackled. On the other hand, Guman Singh is tackled as the right corner puts in a double thigh hold and pins him down.

Manjeet is tackled now as a surprise double ankle hold by Mukilan fetches them another point. U Mumba continue to remain in the hunt.

Pranay Rane is trapped again as the right corner runs around with a dash. The defenders combine and pin him down.

32' Surinder Singh runs around with a dash but Ashu was ready for it. Uses the lobby and escapes in a flash. Oh dear, Ashu seems to be in a bit of pain as he is clutching his knee.

30' Ashu Malik snaps up a bonus point following which he puts in a kick on Sombir and returns!

SUPER RAID! Guman Singh with a four-pointer to bring U Mumba back in the game! Vishal Bhardwaj with his left-in defender comes around for a block while another couple of defenders join in on the tackle. Guman bursts through it and returns. Oh what a raid! That's just what U Mumba needed!

Ashu Malik snaps up a bonus point following which Surinder Singh runs around with a dash. However, Ashu returns in a flash with a point.

Pranay Rane escapes from the right-in's ankle hold and returns with a point. The difference is now just four points.

28' Ashu Malik snaps up a bonus point in front of the left corner defender. And he follows it up with a running hand touch on Bittu on the right corner too in the following raid! However, U Mumba review! There is a touch there indeed and U Mumba lose their review! 

A kick from Pranay Rane and he sends back Mohit in the right cover. Dives and returns to his half.

Do-or-die raid for U Mumba and Guman Singh perishes! He picks up a bonus point but Vikrant runs around immediately and sends him packing with a dash!

24' Manjeet runs straight into the double thigh hold of Bittu in the right corner and is brought down immediately.

Ashu Malik with a quick sliding reverse toe-touch and he sends back Sombir from the left corner position.

22' Ashu Malik goes deep and gets a touch on Surinder Singh in the right corner. U Mumba down to three men now!

Absolutely nothing to separate the two sides after the first twenty minutes of play. It's been a match where the lead has changed hands a few times and any side which has gone into the lead hasn't been able to hold it for too long. Guman Singh has starred for U Mumba so far with 7 points while Surinder and Sombir have been good in defense. They will want their other players to contribute. As for Delhi, Ashu Malik and Vikrant are the top performers along with Vishal Bhardwaj, who's super tackles has kept them in the game. U Mumba look just like a slightly better side today but need to win the crucial moments if they are to win this contest. An exciting second half awaits. Stay tuned!

One of the Delhi's defenders ends up going out of bounds but it is a SUPER TACKLE on the other side! Vishal Bhardwaj with a terrific double ankle hold and assistance from Meetu results in Jai being pulled back just inches within the mid-line!

Hello and welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the Pro Kabaddi League, 2023 where Match 80 will witness Dabang Delhi K.C. take on U Mumba at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. 

U Mumba have had a topsy-turvy campaign so far. They had a good winning streak going coming into their home leg but failed to keep it going. They could manage only one win and one tie. They gave a tough fight to the Pink Panthers in the previous game but ended up going down, losing by a margin of just two points. They have a decent team at their disposal but have just failed to grasp onto the crucial moments. They will hope that their best raider - Zafardanesh - is back on the mat after he suffered a bit of an injury in the previous game. 

Dabang Delhi KC, too, come into this contest on the back of a loss against the Gujarat Giants. However, what will buoy their confidence is the fact that they won the reverse-fixture against U Mumba, a match that wasn't played too long ago. Ashu Malik is leading from the front but to win today, they will need one of Manjeet or Meetu to step up. Their young defense, which has come along pretty well, will need to stop making some careless errors, especially against U Mumba - which are one of the best raiding outfits in the tournament.
