2018 NBA Playoffs: Pelicans Vs Warriors Game 2, West Conf. Semis

Game 2 was much more competitive than Game 1 but still the Warriors prevail. They take a 2-0 lead as the series now shifts to New Orleans for Games 3 & 4. By the looks of it, the Warriors certainly needed Curry back to edge out this game.

But that's about it. Pelicans weren't willing to foul so KD just runs the clock down.

Pelicans trap Curry and are not fouling. They get the turnover and Moore knocks down a 3!

Pelicans come right down and score with a 3 from Davis! 7-0 run by New Orleans and now down by just 6 with 29.6 seconds to go.

Pelicans with tough D, they weren't looking to foul. It works as Thompson goes for the shot but misses on two attempts.

Again, Warriors try to run the clock and give up a fastbreak layup off a miss.

Davis shoots the 3 and he misses. Warriors pass the ball around, trying to run the clock but they turn it over and Rondo lays it in.

Pelicans turn it over and Warriors come back with A CURRY 3, his 5th!

KD posts up on Holiday, gets the double team and still gets it fall.

Rondo hits the 3, his third but the Pelicans still trail by 8

Iggy to the FT-line. He makes 1-of-2

Holiday misses the 3, Mirotic tries to get it back but he gets called for the offensive foul. That's No. 6 on him, so he's sitting out the rest of the game.

Green fouls Davis

KD gets a 3 to fall on some slick passing from the Warriors.

Mirotic knocks down a 3 and now the Warriors call TIMEOUT!

Davis gets fouled by KD on the drive to the rim.

Green misses his 3 but David airballs it on the other end.

Warriors turn it over on the miscommunication. Pelicans do the same!

Rondo tries a jumper but can't get it to fall but Holiday lays it back.

Moore airballs a 3 but the Warriors turn it over. Pelicans turn it right back!

Iggy completes the 3-point play

Pelicans turn it over and it proves costly. Iggy steals the ball, gets the friendly bounce on his dunk attempt and gets fouled.

Curry checks in and misses his first 3

Green blocks Rondo's layup attempt and in transition Mirotic fouls Iggy to stop the break

Rondo shoots a 3-pointers after being left open. Warriors score right back on a tough Iggy layup!

On the other end, Iggy gets fouled by Davis.

Mirotic and Rondo both try 3s but neither can get one to fall.

KD misses his fadeaway and Davis gets the rebound.
