2018 NBA Playoffs Round 1: Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers Game 7; Live Scores & Updates

It was tough but LeBron James led the Cleveland Cavaliers past the Indiana Pacers in 7 Games!

He averaged mammoth numbers in the series, a near triple-double, to carry a shorthanded Cavaliers in the Conference Semifinals. In the next round, James and Cleveland face a familiar foe in the Toronto Raptors, a team whose number they have had in recent years. This has been an extremely grueling series but the Cavaliers don't have a lot of time to recharge as they get back to work on Tuesday night in Toronto.

He contests Oladipo's 3-point shot and then runs down and gets the rebound plus gets fouled. He only makes 1-of-2 free-throws.

Cavaliers call TIMEOUT!

Oladipo lays it in with 50.1 seconds to go. Just a 4-point game.

Lot of confusion and contact on the Pacers' next possession. LeBron called for an offensive foul.

James misses his mid-range jumper

Back to six with Sabonis' two free-throws.

Oladipo just about gets it off in time to beat the buzzer but misses the shot. Sabonis on his rebound attempt, gets fouled.

A drive by Collison gets swatted by Thompson.

THOMPSON REJECTS THE BALL!

LeBron makes both free-throws. Lead back to 8 with 2 minutes to go.

But Pacers return the favor by turning it over again. This time, again, fouling 94 feet from the basket!

Thompson travels as the Cavaliers turn it over.

Oladipo drains from the wing. Lead down to 6.

Pacers turn it over as Bojan bobbles the ball.

Cavaliers on an extra possession, still can't score.

Tristan Thompson can't get his hook shot to fall. On the other end, what looked like a great 3-point play turns into a foul on Turner. He's tossed, a 6th foul for him.
