The 2018 Hyundai Antalya Archery World Cup is currently underway. The tournament is taking place in Antalya, Turkey.
Archery is a sport which has good representation from India. Such is the case with the Archery World Cup as well. Across various events, multiple Indian archers will be representing the country.
Archery is divided into four categories. Recurve Women, Recurve Men, Compound Women, and Compound Men. The main difference between the two categories is the scoring.
India is represented in the quarterfinal by archers such as Deepika Kumari, Bombayla Devi, and Abhishek Verma.
Deepika Kumari reached the quarterfinal after defeating fellow compatriot Promila Daimary. She will be in the Recurve Women Quarterfinal.
Another Indian in the Recurve Women Quarterfinal is Bombayla Devi, who reached the stage after defeating her opponent in a shoot-off.
Finally, Abhishek Verma will be present in the Compound Men Quarterfinal after defeating Pierre Deloche in the False Round.
