Indian Women's Recurve Team will face China Women's Team in the Archery World Cup Recurve quarterfinal.
The Archery World Cup is currently underway in Shanghai where Indian archers take on the rest of the world. The Indian Women Compound team advanced to the quarterfinal of the Archery World Cup when they defeated ninth seed Vietnam in the previous round.
The Indian Women Recurve team consists of three archers- Deepika Kumari, Ankita Bhakat, and Promila Daimary.
The Indian Women Compound team defeated Indonesia by a score of 5 to 3.
The China Women Compound team defeated twelfth seeds Turkey in the previous round by a score of 6 to 0. The China team is made of three archers- Cao Hui, Qixuan An, and Qi Yuhong.
The Indian Women Recurve team is currently seeded fourth in the competition and will look to progress to the semifinals as they face China Women's Compound team.
