The 2018 Asian Games have finally arrived.

The eighteenth edition of the pan-Asian games come to us from Indonesian cities of Jakarta and Palembang, where over five hundred and fifty Indian sportspersons will try to win medals for the country.

Day one of the Asian Games brought some good results for India. There were medals in Wrestling and shooting, along with wins in Hockey and Kabaddi. Rowing was India's surprise sport on the first day as three different participants moved into the finals.

Rowing is set to continue on Day 2, with more live action coming up. After a stellar performance by the Indian rowers yesterday, expectations will be high for today.

There are a total of five rowing events with Indian representation today - Men's Lightweight Sculls, Men's Lightweight Double Sculls, Women's Four, Men's Quadruple Sculls, and Men's Lightweight Eights. Good performances are expected from the Indian once again.
