This tie is far from over but it is advantage Barcelona at the moment.

Barcelona have the two away goals ahead of the second leg. The momentum is with Luis Enrique's side going into the match at Camp Nou but Atletico Madrid are no pushovers and will be hoping to cause an upset in the second leg.

It was all Barcelona in the first half as Luis Suarez scored a sensational solo goal to open the scoring for the away side before Lionel Messi's thunder bastard doubled his side's lead.
Atletico were the more dominant side in the second half and created many chances, with the first one being buried by Antoine Griezmann. However, Diego Simeone's side didn't show the ruthlessness in front of the goal as they squirmed chance after chance.

Atletico Madrid fail to make their chances count in the second half of the game. Will it come back to haunt them in the second leg at Camp Nou?

Griezmann has stepped up to the occasion in the second half. He is tracking back, winning the ball back and has created plenty of chances for his side.

85' Barcelona survive. Cillessen plays a loose ball to Mascherano who was too casual and gives away the ball on the edge of the box. The ball falls into the path of Torres, who tries to bend it into the near post but his shot is just wide.

84' Yellow Card: Gabriel Fernandez is the next Atleti player to go into the referee's book.

83' Pique goes down under slight contact from Torres and that ends a dangerous Atleti attack!

81' Gameiro shoots wide. Griezmann had the ball in Barca's box and he floats a cross towards the back post where Gameiro was present and he attempts an acrobatic overhead kick but cannot get the direction on it.

80' It was Neymar who took the shot but fails to get any sort of curve or dip on the ball and it sails over the bar. Messi should have taken that!

79' Neymar goes down outside Atleti's box and Barcelona win another free-kick. This is Messi's territory. Can he make them pay?

77' MISSED CHANCE!! Barcelona should have scored there but Neymar has blazed his effort over after an excellent run by Messi.

76' WHAT A SAVE BY MOYA!!!! Messi lines up to take the free-kick and gets a sweet connection as the ball loops over the wall and comes down. It was destined for the top corner until Moya made a full-stretch dive to keep the ball out.

75' Yellow Card: Griezmann has been booked for a lunging challenge on Rafinha and Barcelona have a free-kick in a dangerous position.

After a sluggish start, this game has lived up to every bit the hype that it was subjected to before the game.

Barcelona are missing Sergio Busquets here. They would have done with Iniesta too but albeit are without the dynamic Spanish duo due to different injuries.

72' Sergi Roberto is fouled by Nico Gaitan and the former Benfica man is warned by the referee.

Vicente Calderon believes! Diego Simeone believes! And most importantly the Atleti players believe. They are causing havoc in the away side's half and it would be a pity if they are not able to capitalize on this momentum.

Even if Atleti score the equaliser they still have allowed Barcelona to get the away goals under their belt and will have to outscore the Blaugrana at Camp Nou to progress to the final.

66' Barcelona are struggling to contain the home side. Simeone's side smell blood here and are going for the kill.

64' Yellow Card: Neymar is booked for a foul on Juanfran

Griezmann should have scored there. It was Luis who made his way down the left before swinging in a perfect cross for the French forward. Griezmann directed it towards the goal from a couple of yards but Cillessen was at hand to save the shot. It should have been 2-2. The game has turned on its head now!

63' HOW DID THEY NOT SCORE THERE!!! Barcelona are on the ropes here.

Griezmann was a spectator for the home side but that was until now. Atletico have a free-kick some 40 yards from goal and Gabi swings it in towards an unmarked Godin who heads it towards the middle and Griezmann is there to head it past Cillessen! GAME ON! Can Atleti score the equaliser?

59' GOOOAAALLLL!!! Atletico pull one back and it is Griezmann who punishes the away side.

59' Substitution: Saul Nigez makes way for Nicolas Gaitan. Diego Simeone will be hoping the former Benfica man makes a difference tonight.

That was the first substitution of the night for Barcelona. And with that Atletico decide they also need to make a change.

58' Substitution: Denis Suarez comes on to replace Ivan Rakitic

55' Barcelona have a chance as Mascherano is allowed the freedom to make his way to the Atletico box. The Argentinian takes a shot hoping to open his Barcelona account but it is a tame effort and Moya is able to gather.

52' Atletico win a free-kick in Barcelona's half and it is swung into the box with Godin lurking but the defender cannot direct his header goalwards.

50' Atleti have a chance as Torres releases Saul into the opposition box but Alba is there to win the ball back for Luis Enrique's side.

49' Atletico are yet to test the Barcelona goalkeeper, they need to step up big time in the second half.

46' Substitution: Fernando Torres comes on to replace Vrsaljko.

Atletico have their work cut out now, they need to hit back immediately if they want to salvage something form this game.

Atleti were better at the start but when you have MSN in your team you don't need more than just a hint of a chance. Suarez and Messi have scored two sensational goals for the away side and Diego Simeone's side will be wondering how to contain the holy-trinity.
