Good afternoon and welcome to the Sportskeeda liveblog of the men's singles final of the 2017 Indian Badminton National Championships. 15-year-old Lakshya Sen has been the giant-killer at this tournament. After climbing to the junior World No. 1 ranking last week, Lakshya has accounted for three seeds at the Nationals, one of which was the big scalp of the top seed HS Prannoy.

But third seed Sourabh will be a big test for the talented teen. Sourabh was the champion in 2011 and ended the nine-match winning streak of his younger brother and defending champion, Sameer.

There is no doubt that this promises to be an exciting final.
