Commonwealth Games 2018, Shooting: Women's 10m Air Pistol Final, Manu Bhaker, Heena Sidhu fighting for gold

It has been a brilliant Sunday morning for India, as Punam Yadav won gomd in 69kg Women's Weightlifting, while Manu Bhaker and Heena Sidhu secured the the 1-2 finish for India.

With this Manu Bhaker has shot a Commonwealth Games record of 240.9!

Manu Bhaker has won her first CWG gold medal!

Bhaker shoots 10.7, while Sidhu shoots 9.4. And its confirmed!

Bhaker is still miles ahead.

Bhaker shoots 9.8, Sidhu 9.1.

And Galiabovitch shoots 10.3, Sidhu shoots 10.1. This means that its a shootoff between Sindhu and Bhaker for the top prize. But Bhaker has a 5-point lead. Can Sidhu turn this around?

Galiabovitch shoots 9.6, Bhaker 9.4, while Sidhu shoots 10.1. The latter is back on 2nd!

Bezzina of Malta has to sit out after being eliminated, while Galiabovitch are tied at the second spot. Manu Vhaker, meanwhile, is way ahead of the rese of the pack!

MAnu shoots a 10.6, while Sidhu shoots a 10.2. Both Indians have moved to the top 2 positions with these shots!

And she comes up with a 10.3!, to move to bronze medal position!

However, Sindhu, is 5th out of the 5 remaining shooters right now, and needs to pull up her game, to keep herself in contention.

Bhaker with the next shot...and she shoots a 10!!!!! She is pulling away into a massive lead.

The shooters are set for the next round of fires...Bhaker scores a 9.4, to keep herself on top.

Bhaker, on the other hand, looks a figure of calm. She still leads with a score of 141.5

Sidhu is falling behind, she'll need a miracle to get back into a medal-winning position

After 12 shots Manu is firmly in the lead with 111.1

Sidhu is still far off in the race at 6th but Bhaker leads after Stage 1 with 101.5

Bhaker has shot 81.1 up till now

Sidhu is currently at 7th, she totals 65.6

Meanwhile, Bhaker has been utterly dominant at the top.

Shaky start from Sidhu, as she shoots 46.1 in stage 1.

Bhaker and Sidhu are in favourites to finish on the podium.
