The refereeing was not of the best quality but that shouldn't take anything away from the Aussies' win. Congratulations to them!

India played well, but just came up short.

Nevertheless, they have done extremely well to reach this stage. They upset the top seeds yesterday to reach the final.

This is Pallikal's second CWG medal to add to the women's doubles gold she won from Glasgow four years ago. As for Saurav, this is his first CWG medal of any kind.
