The ref calls an end to the game as India lose their second match in a row. El Hessen Teguedi was the star player for Mauritania grabbing two goals and an assist to his credit.

80' - Three minutes shown as added time.

79' - And it's three for the Mauritania youngstes now in the penultimate minute!! El Hessen Teguedi turns creator now as he slots a through ball for Ahmed Velany who rushes into the box and finishes past the hapless Gill in the Indian goal.

77' - Another chance for Mauritania as the winger cuts in from the left and lays it up for the striker but the shot goes wide off the left post of the Indian goal.

72' - GOAL!! Mauritania double their lead in the match. A throw-in attempt is not dealt well by the Indian defence and the ball comes back into the box and falls to El Hessen Teguedi who grabs his second goal of the match.

65' - Final quarter of an hour to be played here in Spain as India keep looking for the elusive equalizing goal with the ever present danger of the Mauritanian attack.

62' - We're past the hour mark in the match as the score still stands 1-0 in favour of the Mauritanian side.

59' - A low shot from Aniket Jadhav after cutting in from the left side but the keeper has an easy save to make.

39' - Superb save pulled off by Prabhsukhan Singh Gill !! The cross came from the right and the striker got a clean strike at the goal and Gill kept the ball out with a great vertical dive.

36' - We enter the final stretch of the first half as Mauritania are looking calm and composed on the ball and looking for holes in the India defence.

33' - We're past the half hour mark into the match as India continue to search for the equalizer.

26' - Mauritiana Score!! A quick free-throw by the African side catches India unawares and the winger crosses in for El Hessen Teguedi to beat one player and slot it past the keeper Gill with ease into the bottom right corner.

24' - CHANCE!!! Scare for India as a defensive mistake almost grants Mauritiana an easy chance but the defence clear for a corner.

22' - Chance for India as a long ball falls to Sarkar but the Mauritiana keeper rushes out to clear his lines.

20' - The drinks break is on now as the boys from the two sides take a breather from the fast-paced action.

16' - The Indian boys have slowly picked up the pace of the game and started to string passes together in hopes of breaking down the Mauritiana defence.

10' - Mauritiana are moving the ball well across the pitch and testing the Indian wing-backs with their speed.

5' - Ninthoi takes a freekick from a promising position but the keeper saves it easily.

2' - First chance of the match falls to the African side as a through-ball frees the winger on the right and he takes a shot but Gill stands strong and makes the save.

1' - KICK OFF!! And we're off in Spain as the Indian colts kick off proceedings against Mauritiana. India U20 will play from left to right in the first half of the match.

The match will be played over 80 minutes with each half consisting of 40 minutes each.

Hello and welcome to the live coverage of the Cotif Cup as Indian U20 side take on African nation Mauritiana U20 in their second match of the tournament in Spain.

Indian colts of the sub-junior U-20 category are set to continue their campaign in the Cotif Cup tournament as they take on African side Mauritiana in Spain.

The Cotif Cup sees a host of players from the FIFA U-17 World Cup squad as well as players that took part in the AFC U-19 qualifiers held in Saudi Arabia.

The first match of the tournament saw the Indian side face Spanish club Murciana a couple of days ago which saw the colts lose 2-0 in a closely contested affair. The match saw three red cards being shown by the referee including the Indian defensive duo of Anwar Ali and Jitendra Singh.

Cotif Cup will see India take on Argentina U-20, and Venezuela U-20 after the Mauritania U-20 side. Newly appointed coach Floyd Pinto will hope the boys can draw good experience from the matches which will act as build-up for the qualification phase for FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Can the Indian youngsters recover from the loss in the first match and bounce back against the African side.
