Virat Kohli: "Very pleased, we got what we wanted. The bowlers did an outstanding job. It does get a bit difficult to bat with the cloud cover. We've ticked all the boxes in these games. We're ready to go and can't wait for the 4th.''

With that, we come to the end of our live coverage of India's second warm up. Continue following sportskeeda.com/cricket for all the latest stories on the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

Until next time, good night.

The Indian seamers were outstanding today. They bowled quick, got the ball moving off the pitch and in the air. Bhuvneshwar Kumar kept the ball up, allowed it to move about and then surprised the batsmen with a short change up delivery. On the other hand, Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami were quick and hit the deck hard. A couple of Yadav's deliveries were absolute screamers - if one came back in to rattle Sabbir Rahman's stumps, the other moved away off the turf and squared Hossain up before inducing the edge.

At the end of the ambush, Virat Kohli will be a pleased man. His batsmen had a good work out and his bowlers absolute mauled the opposition while handing themselves a great boost of confidence going into the tournament.

After the two warm up game, Kohli will pretty much have a fair idea of the conditions and would have made a mental note of the players that he wants in his XI.
...
If Dinesh Karthik gets into the playing XI in the main tournament, he should thank Shakib-al-Hasan for opting to bowl first and allow him to score some crucial runs under his belt. Had they batted first, DK might not have got a chance to bat.
...
It's been a rather embarrassing outing for Bangladesh tonight. Come to think of it, Dinesh Karthik, with his 94 with the willow, ended up beating Bangladesh by 10 runs.
...
Over 23.5: Hardik Pandya to Rubel Hossain. OUT! That's it. Rubel is caught by Ajinkya Rahane in the second slip and with that, India have dismissed the opposition for just 84.

India beat Bangladesh by 240 runs and DK beat them by 10 runs.
...
Hardik Pandya continues.
...
Two runs of Ashwin's first over.

Bangladesh 83/9 after 23 overs. Importantly, they need 42 runs to avoid follow-on. Oh, wait!!!
...
Over 22.3: R Ashwin to Sunzamul. OUT! Taskin offers a simple catch to Rohit Sharma at backward point. Ashwin is among the wickets just like the other bowlers. Jadeja must be jealous now.
...
R Ashwin to bowl his offies.
...
Just a wide from Hardik's first over. Ya, I repeat, just one run from Hardik's over.

Bangladesh 81/8 after 22 overs.
...
Hardik Pandya, who finished the Indian innings with a Dhoni-esque shot, comes on to bowl.
...
Just two extras from the 21st over.

Bangladesh 80/8 after 21 overs.
...
Shami to bowl is sixth over on the trot. This should test his fitness ahead of the main tournament.
...
A successful over for Team India and Bumrah. Just two runs and a wicket.

Bangladesh 78/8 after 20 overs.
...
Over 19.4: Jasprit Bumrah to Mehedi Hasan. OUT! Back of a length delivery outside the off-stump and Hasan manages to nick it straight to Dinesh Karthick.

Mehedi Hasan c Dinesh Karthik b Jasprit Bumrah 24
...
Four runs from the Shami's fifth over.

Bangladesh 76/7 after 19 overs.
...
Just a run from the 18th over.

Bangladesh 72/7 after 18 overs.
...
Just two runs were conceded off Shami's over.

Bangladesh 71/7 after 17 overs.
...
As we speak, Shikhar Dhawan's score this match was breached. Next target? Maybe DK's score?
...
14 runs were scored off the 16th over.

Bangladesh 69/7 after 16 overs.
...
Over 15.3: Jasprit Bumrah to Sunzamul. FOUR! A short and wide delivery from Bumrah and Sunzamul slashed it hard over the slip cordon for a boundary.
...
Over 15.1: Jasprit Bumrah to Sunzamul. FOUR!!!! Should have been the eighth wicket. The ball took the outside edge and the keeper Dinesh Karthik moved a step to his right just to see the ball go between him and the first slip fielder Rohit Sharma.
...
Three runs were scored off the 15th over.

Bangladesh 55/7 after 15 overs.
...
...
No more wickets for the next 3-4 minutes. The Bangladeshi fans should thank the drinks break.

Four runs were scored off the 14th over. Bangladesh 52/7 after 14 overs.
