Bengaluru continue at the top of the table, with three wins from four matches now. Shivamogga, meanwhile, continue at the bottom, having lost both of their outings so far.

Abhishek Bhat is the man of the match for his spell of 2-0-16-1 and the 19-ball-40 (three each of fours and sixes).

Robin Uthappa will be delighted with the verve exhibited by his team today. They were 46/5 at one stage, and from there, they have crossed the finish line with an adequate number of balls to spare. Easily one of the best come-from-behind wins in the history of KPL.

Abhishek Bhat deserves a lot of credit, the way he orchestrated his innings of 40 runs in just 19 balls. The Shivamogga bowlers, on the other hand, might want to learn a thing or two about bowling at the death.

And they do - First ball of the last over! Pitched up good by Somanna to whom that last over was assigned, Koushik just jabs at it and sends it to the fence behind him. The Blasters have done an absolute turnaround here, coming back to win this game by two wickets!
