The sixth attempts are yet to be thrown by the top three but it is unlikely that anything is going to change. Such is the confidence with which Devendra is throwing.
We are getting closer and closer to the moment ladies and gentlemen. DEVENDRA JHAJHARIA is going to become the first ever Indian to win two gold medals at Paralympics/Olympics.

Guo throws 59.81 in his 4th attempt.
Guo betters his throw in the fourth attempt but is not even close to Devendra.
Nothing as he stays in third position. Ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be a historic day for Indian sport and there are no two ways about it.

Rinku is in 5th place still after 4 attempts.
There is no one even close to the top three here.

This is scintillating stuff. Unbelievable!!!
Devendra has been stunning and is now 4.97 meters ahead of the second placed Guo.
Devendra throws 63.97 in his third attempt to set a new World Record.

This competition seems to be going through the paces quite fast. This is exciting stuff.
Rinku throws 53.59 in his third attempt to climb up to fifth place.
Devendra has his third attempt remaining and is in gold position.

He throws 59.00 and stays in silver position.
Guo is up for his third attempt.

Like I said, there is a big gap between the top three and the rest.

So what if the Chinese is World No. 1? Devendra is no less.
Devendra is back into the top spot here.

The top three are not going to change in my opinion.
Devendra still has his second attempt remaining and he is in third position.
Herath from Sri Lanka throws 58.23 in second attempt. This is getting better and better.
He has thrown a distance of 58.95 in his second attempt. Can Devendra better it?
Chunliang Guo has leapfrogged into the top spot.
If you look at it carefully, the distance between the top three and the rest is quite a lot.
The second set of throws has begun.
Just one athlete left in the first set of attempts and India is at the gold medal spot.
There is one bad news though, Sundar Singh Gurjar did not start the event.
