And Mbappe leaves Walker for dead on the left, but his cutback is a bit far from Dembele who is forced wide and the chance goes.

VAR ARE CHECKING FOR A POSSIBLE PENALTY ON HARRY KANE!

Saka is fouled on the inside-right channel. He gets a free-kick 25 yards out of goal. Luke Shaw on his left-foot takes it but straight at Lloris who clutches the ball.

GOAL! Aurelien Tchouameni in the 17th minute! England 0 France 1. What a strike that is from outside the box. It comes with Saka being bundled off the ball by Upamecano who finds Mbappe, he rides Rice's challenge and finds Dembele on the right, who finds Griezmann, he passes to Tchouameni and with an arrowed strike from bodies outside the box, he plants it in the left-bottom corner.

Rabiot nicks the ball in miidfield and makes a darting run and crosses to Mbappe on the left, who finds Dembele at the back stick but it's too far out of his reach.

First real chance of the game as Dembele crosses from the right and Giroud's header is straight at Pickford. Did not get the power behind it.
