Misery continues for Michel's men but let me tell you one thing, they did not play like a team that is sitting 20th on the table. They created plenty of chances and were unlucky to go down 1-0 in the second minute. Just a horrible time for some poor refereeing.

93' We're into the last minute of the game and Barcelona will see this out without any bad news it seems.

Messi heads it in after Semedo helps on a cross from the right flank. Messi heads it in but Semedo is flagged offside.

87' Messi creates yet another chance for Barcelona. Paulinho combines well with Messi again and Messi returns the favour as he drags it back for the Brazilian who tries to carve one into the far corner. But Prieto stretches and parries it out for a corner.

86' Iniesta with some brilliant skills and a dinked ball to free Digne on the left flank. Digne's cross is not upto par and Paco tries to get their ahead of Prieto and ends up forcing an awkward save from the Malaga keeper. Ball goes out for a corner but nothing comes from it.

84' Paulinho gets an awkward shot away. Lionel Messi is trying to work something on his own. He breaks into the area and then plays a lovely one-two with the Brazilian but Prieto gets to it just before Messi can make something out of it. Prieto parries it and Paulinho tries to send it home first time but it was a half chance at best and the ball flies high over the bar.

83' Some great running by Sergi Roberto once again, Shimmies past 2 defenders and tries to curl it into the far corner but his shot is poor.

Paco Alcacer in and Luis Suarez out! Another disappointing night for the Uruguayan as he walks off slowly, head low and full of bugs in his head.

79' Barcelona not giving up on trying tonight. Iniesta, Suarez and Messi are all taking on defenders and trying to beat them. Iniesta is brought down outside the area but the ref plays the advantage although Barcelona can't make anything of it.

77' Barcelona have really eased into the driver's seat in this game. Ever since that 2nd goal went in, Malaga have been looking uncomfortable and resigned. And Barcelona have stepped up their game in the second half.

How did he miss that? Messi picks out Roberto down the centre and that's some astounding pace from the youngster who runs into the box drawing 2 defenders with him. He then squares it to Luis Suarez who has an open goal and needs to just pass it in. He can't get it on target and thats all he had to do. Horrible horrible miss.

72' Paulinho is all set to come on. He'll probably be coming on for Rakitic. Let's wait and see what Valverde has on his mind.

Chory swings it in from the left flank and Keko lets one fly and it catches Digne in the face. He unleashes one more on the rebound but this time it's hit straight at ter Stegen Oh wait! He actually had his hands protecting his face there. Could so easily have been a penalty there.

64' Malaga snuff the ball out from Messi's feet right outside the box and tries to break in a quick counter but they are stopped near the halfway line. Should be passing the ball better.

63' Mascherano gives it away cheaply as Keko gathers the ball and tries to free Penaranda into the final third. But his ball is overpowered and it goes flying into the left wing. Chory collects it and Malaga are trying to work their way from the back once again now.

62' Adrian fouls Digne on the right flank in their attacking third. Pressure is off once again and Barca can try to build on their lead.

Rakitic finds Suarez on the edge of the box and the Uruguayan with a spectacular turn takes the ball into the box. Baysse goes down but Suarez's subsequent shot rattles the side netting. Could have pulled off a stunner there. Still shining in parts, Suarez.

57' The sense of uneasiness has left Camp Nou and they are sitting more comfortably in their seats now as Malaga seem to have got some wind knocked out of their sails right now.

56' GOAL! INIESTA WITH A BEAUTY!

Mascherano starts the move and picks out Messi in the centre. Messi drives towards the left and releases Iniesta on the left side and Iniesta doesn't hesitate and lets one rip with his left foot. It takes a small deflection and heads straight into the right top corner. Only his 2nd goal in 4 seasons. WOW!

54' Suarez brings Juanker down on the right flank and the ref pulls it back and Malaga can breathe.

Messi combining well with Iniesta and surges into the box on the left side and unleashes a shot from an acute angle. Prieto saves and Hernandez clears it away. The match seems to have opened up.

51' Deulofeu is not winning any fans tonight with his showings so far. He tries to go past Juanker but he can't outpace him and ends up bringing him down to the ground. Ref penalizes him. Could've gone either way I think. But the Catalan fans who are none too pleased with the youngster nod in disapproval. Deulofeu earlier wasted a good opportunity with a rather absurd decision to pass the ball to Iniesta and Malaga got on the ball and broke on the counter.

50' Corner from Malaga. Some crisp passing and Chory finds some space on the left but Roberto blocks it and it goes for a corner. it's a sweet ball into the box from the corner but nobody attacks it but it's still Malaga on the ball. Rosales unleashes a shot from 30 yards out but it's straight at ter Stegen. Quite a sweet strike that!

48' Busquets pulls Penaranda down on the left side near the halfway mark and Malaga trying to build an attack here. Promising start from Malaga in the second half. Chory tries to drive a grounded cross into the middle of the box but Mascherano clears it away.

48' Rakitic frees up Roberto on the right side. He gives it to Deulofeu who falls to the ground and screams for a foul but the ref pays no heed as Malaga break on the counter. Rosales is freed up by Keko on the right flank but his subsequent cross is awful as it goes out for a throw-in on the other side.

46' Malaga have lost perhaps, their best player on the pitch. Turning out to be quite an unfortunate night for Michel's men who have showed a lot of heart thus far.

45' Barcelona are straight away working the left flank and Umtiti finds Digne in space but his cross doesn't find anyone and Hernandez heads it away out of danger.

45' Rolan is feeling his hamstring. This could be a major concern for Michel. He is down and Malaga might have to see the game through without their best player.

Rosales should have squared a ball from the right flank to find Penaranda but instead goes for Rolan who skies it. Difficult one to connect on the full. Malaga have had 2 of the best chances in the first half.

40' Messi tries to dink one over the Malaga defence and into the path of Suarez. It looks all set to free Suarez into a one v one situation but for Luis Hernandez's interference with his head.

38' Adrian gets a yellow card for an earlier mistimed tackle on Busquets. Ref had played the advantage and now goes back and books him for the offence. Shouldn't have got away with that.

37' Messi lays it off to Suarez on the left side of the box. He hesitates to play it in and bottles it in the end.

36' Messi with one of his signature runs through the middle, just going further and further away from the chasing party. But he couldn't thread it through to Suarez. He waited on it a bit too longer than he should have.

32' Baysse stays down as Rakitic kicks him to the ground, albeit unintentionally. The centreback is back on his feet now but it was a nasty knock. In Rakitic's defence, he couldn't have seen that coming.
