West Ham have been accused of discrimination in their recruit process.

West Ham have issued a statement, saying: "West Ham United is an inclusive, respectful and diverse football club. Equality is at the heart of our ethos and values.

Leicester manager Claude Puel appears to have ruled out Riyad Mahrez’s chances of leaving the club during this window.

Speaking after the Foxes’ 2-1 defeat at Everton, Puel told Sky Sports: “We will see with Riyad - perhaps there is some disappointment - but today we had to focus on the game.

"It's always a difficult situation but I hope Riyad can come back quickly with a smile, happy to play for us."

Clubs can still sign players even after the 11pm deadline. Here's how:

Premier League clubs can submit a Deal Sheet between 9-11pm tonight
Form must include fees and signatures from both clubs
Form must also include signature from player
If received by 11pm, clubs have until 01:00 to complete transfers
For international transfers – including loans – all documents must be uploaded to FIFA system by midnight.
