Manchester United have reportedly decided not to let Ashley Young leave the club this month. Manchester Evening News report that Jose Mourinho does not want to let Young leave after Memphis Depay's move to Lyon.
Sunderland have given Patrick van Aanholt permission to hold talks with Crystal Palace. The defender submitted a transfer request and informed the Black Cats that he wished to leave the club.
Martin Bain (Sunderland's Cheif Executive) said: “If a player openly states he does not want to play for our club, then it is clear that we have a decision to make. In this instance and in regard to this particular player, we have done what we feel is right for Sunderland, which will always be our priority.”
Crystal Palace have reportedly had their £12million bid for the former Chelsea defender accepted and he's not set to hold talks with them.
Middlesbrough are interested in signing PSG forward, Jese Rodriguez. The Boro manager, Aitor Karanka has confirmed that he is trying to convince Jese to join them.
Talking to the media, Karanka said, "He's a player I have known for the last seven or eight years. I know his potential. I know his character. PSG paid €25m for him. He can bring us a lot of things so we are trying to convince him. The last five or six months have been difficult for him. He couldn't settle in the way he wanted. He knows this step is really important so he has to be sure. I am trying to convince him."
Liverpool and Las Palmas are also interested in Jese but it's the Spanish side that are leading the race. Jese is also said to be only interested in moving back to Spain.
Branislav Ivanovic is in talks with Zenit St Petersburg, according to the Daily Mail. The Serbian is not in Conte's main plans and has fallen down the pecking order. The Italian manager prefers playing Victor Moses and Cesar Azpilicueta over Ivanovic.

Robert Snodgrass is on the verge of joining West Ham United after the Hammers agreed a fee for the midfielder with Hull City. The former Norwich City star is expected to have his medical today.
Marcos Silva, Hull City manager, has confirmed the move and said “It could be done in the next few hours. They've accepted the bid from West Ham. He's not trained with the team for the last few days. We don't want to lose our best players but we have to find solutions. Player wants to go.”
Middlesbrough and Burnley had also agreed a £10 million fee with Hull City for him but the Hammers made a last ditch move and swooped him away.
