Ronaldo wants to move to United

No transfer window is complete without Ronaldo and Manchester United rumours. The Reds are eyeing a Cristiano Ronaldo 'homecoming' after he had a bust-up with Real Madrid officials.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has left the door open to January signings but stresses he has to assess his injury-plagued squad before entering the market.

Speaking after the Cherries’ 2-2 draw at Brighton, Howe told Sky Sports: “First and foremost we need to see what our injury situation is and what players will be out. Once we know more on that we can make the right decision.”

United linked with Lucas Moura

According to a French outlet, Manchester United have made contact with PSG over a potential deal for winger Lucas Moura. It is believed that Moura is holding off signing for Chinese club Hebei Fortune, as he wants to stay in Europe.

Brighton manager Chris Hughton refused to be drawn on whether Celtic striker Moussa Dembele is a target in the transfer window. When asked about a potential move for Dembele, Hughton told Sky Sports: "No, I'm very aware of the speculation. Certainly, at this moment that's all that it is."
