DEPAY CAN STAY AT OLD TRAFFORD - MOURINHO Will he end up staying?
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has said that he is open to keeping Memphis Depay at Old Trafford, but won't stop him if he wants a move.
Depay has hardly featured for the Red Devils this season and is expected to leave the club this month. Everton, AC Milan and Southampton are keen signing him on loan but Manchester United are only willing to sell him, not loan him out.
Manchester United have identified Tiemoue Bakayoko as their top priority this January but Manchester City and Chelsea are also interested in the Monaco star.
AS Monaco have already rejected bids from Chelsea and the player too have insisted that he does not want to leave the club this month.
INTER MILAN WANT LIONEL MESSI End of the road at Barcelona? Inter Milan want to sign Lionel Messi in the summer according to reports in Italy. Mundo Deportivo report that with the new Chinese owners, Inter are ready to spend whatever it takes to sign the Argentine forward.
Messi's contract with Barcelona expires in 2018 and he is yet to agree on a new deal. Although an extension is expected to be agreed soon, it hasn't stopped speculation about his future.
The Argentine has been linked with several clubs and there are also reports that at least 3 Chinese sides are ready to offer him up to 1 million per week as wages in order to lure him to the Chinese Super League.
Barcelona are not willing to hold any negotiations with a club as they believe that Messi is irreplaceable and want to keep hold of him till he retires.
Southampton are in talks with Liverpool for their defender, Mamadou Sakho to replace Jose Fonte. The Saints captain has handed in a transfer request and is set to leave the club this month.
Bournemouth are also said to be interested in signing Sakho as they look to fill the void left by Nathan Ake.
