AC Milan are hoping to bring Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas to San Siro in January, according to Italian newspaper La Gazzeta dello Sport. The Spaniard has seen a distinct lack in appearances under Italian manager Antonio Conte. With Nemanja Matic and Kante ahead of him in the pecking order, the former Barcelona midfielder has decisions to make in January.

Fernandinho is bound to be banned for at least three games after recieving a red card on the spot for grabbing Cesc Fabregas by the throat. The Spanish midfielder was given a yellow but FA are waiting to find out if it was for the slap. If referee Taylor says it wasn’t, then the FA are likely to charge Fabregas retrospectively with violent conduct.
