Cristiano Ronaldo Jr is apparently a huge fan of the Frenchman and on Saturday, Ronaldo’s mother Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro posted a picture on Instagram ahead of El Clasico. It featured Ronaldo Jr and another girl, with Ronaldo’s son wearing a number 7 France Antoine Griezmann shirt.

Arsenal and Chelsea are set to battle it out for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema according to media outlets in Spain. The Gunners have been repeatedly linked with Benzema over the years and Arsene Wenger is known to be a big fan but Chelsea are expected to join the race in a bid to strengthen their attacking options. The French striker is estimated to be valued around £50M.
Southampton face a battle to keep Manchester United and Everton target Jose Fonte after new contract talks broke down. The Portuguese international has been a long term target for United and Eric Bailly's AFCON duty in January could provoke Mourinho to battle for his signature according to reports.

According to the Evening standard, Arsenal players Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil want new contracts that match France midfielder Paul Pogba's current wages of £290,000 a week. The Gunners do not want to break the £200,000 mark however.
Everton winger Yannick Bolasie will undergo a knee surgery after he picked up a knock in their 1-1 draw against Manchester United. The DR Congo international is likely to be out for the rest of the season after suffering a serious ligament damage and will miss the AFCON in Gabon next month. Everton boss Ronald Koeman had previously hinted about his interest in Memphis Depay and Bolasie's injury could mean that the deal is likely to happen.
The incident happened in West Brom's 3-1 home win against Watford and Roberto Pereyra was sent off when he reacted angrily to a challenge from West Brom winger James McClean, an incident which sparked an altercation between several members of both sides.
West Bromwich Albion and Watford have been charged by the FA after Saturday's match was marred by a late bust-up involving several members of both sides. An FA statement read: "Both West Bromwich Albion and Watford have been charged for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour. It follows an incident in the 84th minute of the game on Saturday December 3 2016. Both clubs have until 6pm December 8 to respond to the charge."
Sepp Blatter has lost his Court of Arbitration for sport appeal against a six year ban by FIFA. Blatter said in a statement the judgement was "difficult" to accept but that "the way the case progressed, no other verdict could be expected". The former FIFA president, who was banned for approving a £1.3m payment to Michel Platini in 2011, said he will accept the decision.
