Sky in Italy understand negotiations between Valencia and Simone Zaza took place in London on Tuesday. West Ham are expected to let Zaza return to parent club Juventus in January, with Valencia in talks to bring him to Spain. Don Balon report that the Blues are lining up a €50 million bid for the 29-year-old Bayern Munich midfielder, Arturo Vidal, who is open to a transfer next summer. Vidal played under Chelsea boss Antonio Conte for three years during their time at Juventus and reportedly wants a new challenge and the chance to link up with Conte could be too good to turn down. Bayern Munich have beaten Chelsea to the signing of Hoffenheim centre-back Niklas Sule, according to Bild. The 21-year-old defender was set to be the subject of a January move from the Premier League leaders, who were reportedly willing to bid £30m. However, Bild report Chelsea’s pursuit of Sule is at an end after Bayern agreed an undisclosed fee with Hoffenheim for the defender.
