The match, which was calm and composed for the most part was ignited after 73 minutes of play that saw two goals being scored with a penalty awarded to the visitors. Alfred Jaryan received his marching orders at the end but Aizawl held on at the end.

90+2' - Kobayashi is put through by a long ball from Dodoz on the counter and the striker crosses it into the box but the Mohun Bagan defenders clear the ball.

89' - RED CARD!! Alfred Jaryan has been sent off by the referee for a cynical tackle on Akram Moghrabi as late drama ensues at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in the final minutes.

75' - PENALTY to MOHUN BAGAN!! The game has come to life in Aizawl. Moghrabi gets in a good position in the box after a long ball and Avilash Paul rushes in to take him out and the ref points to the spot.

73' - GOAL!!! Aizawl have taken the lead!! Dodoz crosses it in from the left and super-sub Khawlhring gets the goal. He connected well on the cross and the shot, which was initially saved by Shilton Paul but it looped over and went into the goal to his dismay.

31' - Asier Dicka goes down with what looks like an injury after a chase for the aerial ball as the physio rushes in to take care of the star striker. Manandeep Singh is ready to come on for the Cameroonian player.

29' - Moghrabi is brought down by Dinliana as both of them went for the aerial ball in the middle of the park.

26' - Good cross from the left flank by Aizawl but Dinliana was not expecting that to come to him and it bounces off his chest and safe into the hands of Shilton Paul.

24' - Asier Dipanda Dicka is struggling with a leg problem and has signaled to the bench and might be taken off to protect him and avoid any major injury.

23' - Kobayashi does well inside the box with a run and then lays it off for Albert who finds David on the run but the first-time effort goes wide to the left of the Bagan goal.

21' - David goes on the good run through the midfield and passes it to Albert who had made the run from the right. Albert cuts inside and takes a shot but his effort is too high.

19' - Raynier Fernandes does well in the midfield and lays it off for Moghrabi but the Lebanese isn't able to connect with his weaker foot and his effort goes out.

12' - Moghrabi is fouled outside the box and Mohun Bagan has a good opportunity on the Aizawl FC goal as a couple of players assemble at the ball for the deadball situation.

9' - Leone Dodoz does great to break away on the counter from the left flank and cuts into the box but Gharami slides in with a tackle to put the ball out for a corner.

7' - Asier DIcka goes down with a knock as he clashed with a defender in his attempt to take a shot from just outside the box.

5' - Mohun Bagan get a free-kick in the middle of the park as Nikhil Kadam was brought down by an Aizawl midfielder.

2' - Early stoppages in the game as Aizawl FC are awarded a free-kick as Kingsley fouled Yugo Kobayashi as he attempted to move away and break.
