An exciting game of football ends in a draw as defending champions Aizawl FC manage to secure a point at the YBK Stadium in Kolkata. East Bengal started the second half on a strong note and scored two goals in a space of six minutes but Aizawl's persistence paid off with William Lalnunfela scoring a brace that included the equalizer at the death. Spoils shared here in Kolkata to the disappointment of the large number of KEB fans at the stadium.

90+4' - AIZAWL SCORE AT THE DEATH!!!! The champions have shown their mettle in the end!!! The corner at the last minute falls to William after a goalmouth scramble and he slots it in to the misery of the home fans and Khalid Jamil as KEB looked set to win the match but Aizawl spoil the party.

62' - Yusa breaks away on a counter and tries to find Plaza but the tackle comes in and the ball falls to Yusa again, he puts in a through ball for Al-Amna but the touch is a little bit too heavy and Aizawl escape again.

57' - PLAZA!! A cross from the left reaches the point man for KEB who gets a powerful header in but Paul is up to the task and makes a incredible save to keep out the home side again.

56' - A good move on the left wings orchestrated by the Syrian Al-Amna but the cross from Plaza is wayward and Brandon tries to reach it but it gets cleared by the defense.

53' - Al-Amna gets brought down by two Aizawl defenders and calls to the referee for a penalty but the man-in-charge does not deem it fit for a spot-kick.

51' - Chance at the other end!! Aizawl break on the counter and a delivery from the left falls to the striker but the shot is blocked and East Bengal break again with Al-Amna leading the way for KEB.
