Akhlidin finds the ball at his feet after multiple ricochets but his left-footed shot sails over Gurpreet's goal.

In case you missed it, the Kyrgyz Republic have already made their first change with Zemlianukhin Anton going off early to be replaced by Edgar Bernhardt. Anton clashed with Gurpreet in the game's initial stages which almost led to the Indian stopper getting sent off but the Stabaek custodian stayed on as the Kyrgyz striker was stretchered away.

It was a poor start to the first half from the reactive Indians, but Chhetri and Jacki gradually got on the ball more, thereby allowing the Tigers to create meaningful openings. Jeje, Narzary and Jacki have all missed difficult opportunities to score, but India have room for improvement in the second half with the score 0-0.

45+3' What a save from Gurpreet to end the first half. The Kyrgyz Republic looked almost certain to score there but for the 6'4'' shotstopper.

45+3' Into the final minute of stoppage time as Chhetri nearly produces a moment of magic with an almost inch-perfect cross which just eludes the incoming Jacki.

45+1' 3 minutes of time added on here as the Kyrgyz Republic try to stretch the pitch as wide as possible by positioning their wingers very wide on each flank. India, though, have allowed little joy in central positions to their opponents.

According to the team sheet today, the visitors have eight forwards and two defenders playing.

45' Shot from Vitalij is straight at Gurpreet, who holds on to the ball well. After his initial moment of madness, the Stabaek 'keeper has been solid.

43' India's defensive resolve to keep the Kyrgyz Republic away from their goal is commendable. India have a chance if they can string a few passes together in attack.

41' Some neat work by Narzary there in a defensive shift. The winger is nearly bypassed but he gets back well to recover the ball for his team.

A quick throw-in from Chhetri release Jeje inside the Kyrgyz box but the striker's shot from an acute angle is saved well by Pavel, who dived to his left to deny India.

31' What a miss from Jeje as the Mizo striker's first touch takes the ball away from him. It was a brilliant opportunity on the counter with Chhetri and Jeje in a two-vs-two situation. Sadly, Chhetri's pass was behind Jeje and the away team had men back by the time Jeje could turn for his second touch.

Jackichand has been fantastic on the ball. Lots of energy and flickers of his skill every now and then.
