60 - FULL TIME! INDIA WIN THE HOCKEY ASIA CUP 2017, as the hooter goes off, signalling the end of play. Malaysia threw everything at them. They came oh, so close to scoring the equaliser, but India held on for dear life in the end, to win it.
59 - Malaysia look for a PC, as Tengku asks for a review for a deliberate block. There was an Indian foot, but it was outside, and there was no deliberate intention to block it. Hence, Malaysia get a free hit outside the D, and lose their review.

30 - Half Time! And with that, the hooter goes for half time, with India scoring either side of the quarter break in the first half. On merit, the two sides have been more-or-less even, but India have been clinical in front of goal, as they took the 2-0 lead. Malaysia have khogged the majority of the ball, but they have not been able to show much for it. Even with 57% possession of the ball and 7 circle entries, Malaysia have not been able to register a single shot on target.
29- GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!! Lalit makes it 2-0 India! 24 - Sardar cuts the ball in midfield, plays it to Sunil, who checks it back to Akashdeep, who plays it through, but it misses everyone, adn rolls out of play.
22 - Ramandeep receives the ball just inside the right side of the D, spins, and wins a penalty corner. Harmanpreet lines up the shot, but it takes a deflection and goes out for a long corner.
19 - Chance! Malaysia attack from the left wing, and they fizz in a cross across goal. Faizal was waiting, unmarked at the far post, but it missed him and rolled out of play. That was a golden chance for Malaysia to equalise.
16 - Both Malaysia and India are trying to play the fast paced game, as the ball ping pongs from one end to the other. However, this fast game is also leading to a few mistakes.
15 - End of 1st Quarter! That has been a lively quarter, as both the sides have shown good intent to score. Malaysia has been the dominant force in the quarter, with 57% possession, and have made 5 circle entries, as compared to India's 4. However, India have the lead, after an early goal.
13- PC Malaysia! Malaysia fluff their penalty corner chance, and Sardar breaks on the counter. He tried to play a long through ball on the reverse towards Sunil, but even the experienced Indian player fluffed his reverse pass.
12 - Sunil soars down from the right side, creates some space, and whips it in, across goal. However, his cross misses everybody and trickles out of play.
11 - Uthappa looks to cross it to Sunil, but it is cleared. The clearance, however, falls to Chinglensana, who shoots on the reverse, but his shot is wide.
8 - Malaysia look for a PC as it hits Sardar on the foot, while India claim a free kick, citing a high ball. However, the video umpire cannot find any proper evidence, and India get a free hit, while Malaysia get to keep their review.

It misses everyone, but Ramandeep was waiting unmarked at the first post. His first-time tap-in hit the post, but he managed to turn the rebound into the net on the reverse.
