But what a day for India. Great goals throughout. Akashdeep Singh's goals were stupendous. Pardeep Mor's was as fierce as it gets. And of course, Talwinder was there to give them the early goals.

I still can't believe this that I am writing this. But yes, ladies and gentlemen. The final score is India 7-1 Pakistan.

This is India's 56th win over Pakistan. And the biggest in HISTORY!

Previously it was a 7-4 win over the Men in Green in the Champions Trophy in 2003 and the Commonwealth Games in 2010.

That's it. India win their 168th clash against Pakistan. This is their biggest in the history of their clash against their bitter rivals.

60' - Surender Kumar down the right and looks to get an eighth. But Pakistan are not letting that get past them.

An outrageous goal from the forward. A cross-field ball finds him on the right. Takes a touch and then thrashes it into the roof of the goal.

57' - GOAL! PAKISTAN!

They score finally. Umar Bhutta gets PAK the goal they deserve in this game. Thrashed into the circle from the right. Bhutta unmarked on the far post taps it in.

Pardeep Mor with the goal this time. He doesn't get many but this was one was certainly worth the wait.

The ball broke to him after India's first shot was blocked. He took that in his stride and hit that with some power.

48' - SAVED!

Akashdeep again. Showboats at the edge of the circle and fires it across. Amjad Ali forces it our for a long corner.

47' - Umar Bhutta ties to create something but just too many Indians in front of him.

46' - WHAT A STRIKE! WHAT A GOAL! AKASHDEEP SINGH TAKE A BOW!

Akashdeep got the ball in midfield and turned his defender like a supermarket trolly. Carried the ball, found Sardar Singh to his left.

He plays the ball to Akashdeep, who takes and touch and slams it past Amjad Ali.

And we are off. Last 15 minutes of action underway.

India comfortably in the driver's seat. Pakistan meanwhile are yet to score moving into the last quarter of their third game.

45' - BLOCKED!

Ball into the circle from Pakistan and that could have been dangerous. Deflection fell to Amjad who seemed certain to score but Sumeet with a great block.

And now he leads the ball out.

43' - Great work from Sunil. This time in defence. The Indian forwards have been commendable here. Both in attack as well as defence.

That all started on the right with Sardar playing in Jasjeet beautifully. He found Mandeep who got the better of his defender. Found Akashdeep and when he failed to control, Chinglensana came in with the shot.

The former India Junior captain with some audacious skills there. Made mockery at the sideline and then sees out a beautiful crossfield ball.

Haseem on the reverse hit. Surender with a good block but that rises up and hits him on the shoulder.

Great break again from IND. Mandeep is played on the right and he looks for support and Talwinder was coming in from the left. But PAK get back.

Harmanpreet with his second of the game now. Close to the keeper and looked at a comfortable height. But Amjad Ali scuffs that.

Foul on Chinglensana leads to India's fourth PC of the game.

31' - SAVE!

Dahiya forced into a save. India lose possession. Pak break 4 on 4 there. Ejaz Ahmed shoots and forces Dahiya into making a save.

The commentator just now pronounced India keeper Vikas Dahiya's name as Vikas De Gea. Genius, whether pun intended or not!

And we are off. India with the push back.

The players are back on the pitch and we are moments away from second half action.

India's biggest win over Pakistan was by a scoreline of 7-4. Today they have a real chance of ecclipcing them.

That second goal especially was a thing of beauty. Mandeep to Akashdeep with one touch. Akashdeep's run down the left baseline showing they are on the same page.

What followed were three touches from three players and into the goal. Akashdeep to Sunil to Talwinder. That was incisive, instinctive and absolutely fabulous.

India have had less of the possession but they lead Pakistan 10-7 when it comes to circle penetration.

Clearly shown the better productivity.

And that's going to be the last action of the half.

India have not even hit top gear and are clearly on the ascendancy with three well taken goals.

30' - Suicidal from Pakistan!

Rizwan loses it in the midfield and India go on a counter which is 3 on 1 as Ramandeep is played in with a ball over the top.

He gets a shove to the back but the advantage is played. He gets two bites at the cherry but Amjad Ali gives them a lifeline if they had any left.

Pakistan are really losing the plot here. Extreme miscommunication in the midfield and passes not finding their targets.

29' - Abdul Khan looks to get down the baseline there and find a foot. But that goes over and India with a 25-yard hit.

28' - Sunil flying in and just as he was about to get in, he is challenged by Abu Mahmood. Great tackle there from the Pakistan defender.

25' - Scramble in the box. The ball comes across the box but again no one there for Pakistan.
