India can increase their medal even further later in the day, but this time through the recurve archery section. The men's recurve team has reached the final and will face Korea.
India did very well in that fourth set but their earlier mishits didn't allow them to get the gold.
Nevertheless, it was still a good show from Team India and especially from India's compound archers. All the medals so far at the 2017 Asian Championships have come from the compound archers.
India's accuracy is evidently missing today. Unless Korea's form drops slightly and Indians show nerves of steel under pressure, it apparently looks uphill for Team India!
