That's all from us today. Absolute cracker of a game, thoroughly enjoyable! We'll be back tomorrow with coverage of the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad & Mumbai Indians. Till then, good bye and good night.
...
MOTM Quinton de Kock said, "I was hoping for one of these days to come, it was a good wicket so I was hoping to capitalize. We knew good cricket shots will get us the score, we tried to get boundaries and run the twos. Karun came in and the plan was to build a partnership. I haven't been in this kind of form for such a stretch, I'm happy about it."
...
The man of the match is Quinton de Kock.
...
Winning captain Zaheer Khan said, "Special effort by Quinton and Karun. Special mention has to go to Morris and Shami who held it together towards the end, told them to bowl back of a length. We wanted early wickets, RCB is a very top heavy squad. Our guys showed great character today. We have ticked one more box today, we are going to enjoy our 3 - 4 days off now.
...
Virat Kohli wins the award for the maximum sixes, with 3.
...
Losing captain, Virat Kohli said: "We were going really well, Watto got out, I didn't get strike, made a difference of 15 - 20 runs. QDK took the game away from us, Karun hung in well too. We thought we could get to 210, they bowled well however towards the end, especially Shami, Morris & Brathwaite. No one really stepped up with the ball, it happens in cricket, we got to learn from this. We need to change our mindset when we bowl, we need to believe we can pick up wickets when we bowl and field."

Great game of IPL cricket today. The Royal Challengers Bangalore put 191 on the board. While that sounds like a very high score, it is probably below par nowadays in Bangalore. They managed to score only 27 runs in the last 4 overs of their innings, which has cost them. But still, chasing 192, something special would be needed, and Quinton de Kock provided just that. A 100 that will go down in memory as one of the best. Brathwaite, Morris, Duminy really didn't have to do much.
...
He can't. It's game over. Delhi Daredevils beat the Royal Challengers Bangalore by 7 wickets with 5 balls to spare.
...
19.1 Yuzvendra Chahal to JP Duminy, 1 run, that was tapped back and Chahal collects and flicks it back, misses the stumps and they get across for an overthrow.
...
Chahal to bowl. Can he pick 6 wickets in 6 balls?
...
18.6 Shane Watson to JP Duminy, 1 run, back of a length and it takes the inside edge onto the body and they get a single.
...
Watson's been the only bright spot in RCB's bowling today, rewarded with the wicket of de Kock.
...
18.5 Shane Watson to JP Duminy, 2 runs, full ball guided to wide of sweeper cover for an easy brace.
...
18.4 Shane Watson to JP Duminy, FOUR, down the track and smashes the ball through he extra cover region for a boundary. The outfield is rapid and the fielder had no chance.
...
18.3 Shane Watson to JP Duminy, no run, dabbed to point. What was Karun doing, he rushed ahead but Duminy sent him back.
...
JP Duminy comes in to bat.
...
18.2 Shane Watson to Quinton de Kock, OUT, short ball but that was slower one and de Kock tries to smash that ball, was cramped up and it took the gloves through to the keeper. What a splendid innings but it has come to an end. Good to see Watson applauding the innings. An end to an unbelievable innings, he really has carried this chase from the very first ball. You could see he was tiring, he edged the last ball in the previous over too. 108. 51 balls. 15 fours. 3 sixes. Special, special numbers.
...
18.1 Shane Watson to Karun Nair, 1 run, walks across and dabs it to the leg side.
...
Watson to bowl.
...
Game to forget for Wiese. It all started so well, with that magical catch in the first over. He would wish that the game ended then there though as that's been the only bright spot for him today.
...
17.6 David Wiese to Quinton de Kock, FOUR, full on off and like he has done all day, de Kock smashes that one, that ball scorches the grass and screams into the boundary. Take a bow....
...
17.5 David Wiese to Quinton de Kock, FOUR, full ball on off and de Kock on one knee and tries to smash this, but gets the bottom of the bat to third man..
...
17.5 David Wiese to Quinton de Kock, 1 WIDE, full ball but that was way out of his reach.
...
17.4 David Wiese to Karun Nair, 1 run, driven to extra cover and they rush across for a single.
...
Second youngest to score an IPL 100, QDK. Can't believe he's only 23 with all that he's achieved.
